Nice place to stay. Gives luxury vibes. Breakfast very small. Administration service horrible (did not understood native language, not English, not Russian, or any other language). In the beginning she asked money for breakfast - when we convinced that it is already price included, then she forced to pay for towels so that we can go in shower in room (????). All the rest perfect. We booked spa included, it was nice to be completely private in spa area. No kid friendly.

Stayed on 21st November. The hotel itself is excellent — amazing rooms, great spa, and overall a very comfortable experience. But the reception needs serious improvement: the receptionist wasn’t professional, struggled with English, and the check-in took far longer than it should. Breakfast also needs work, especially the protein options, which were extremely limited. Great hotel, but these two issues hold it back from being perfect.

The biggest downside of this hotel is the extremely loud music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, lasting until 6:00 a.m. There is a nightclub on the ground floor, and the music can be heard clearly in the rooms. I was especially disappointed with the staff – I specifically asked about this at check-in and was assured that the rooms are quiet and the music would not be a problem, which was not true.

On the positive side, the hotel looks glamorous – both the lobby and the rooms look fancy and are very “Instagrammable.” The rooms are spacious.

Convenient that parking inside the courtyard is included in the price. Access to the fitness center is also included, which is excellent – it’s spacious and well-equipped.

Breakfast delivery to the room is a nice touch, but the portions are quite small. One morning, our order was completely forgotten; only after I called reception was breakfast delivered within five minutes.

Overall, this hotel has great potential and a good location. It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into creating it, but at the moment it feels unfinished and in need of improvement.

Stayed there on a whim for 1 night on a holiday trip. This hotel strikes with byzantine style look, from the lobby to rooms. Lots of shiny and golden elements. Lobby was rather noisy due to some event, luckily the room (Las Vegas) was quiet, beds comfy and bathroom spacious. Parking free.
It is a boutique hotel with 18 rooms. The whole setup is like for Russian casino tourists.
However, I will most probably not return to the hotel as it was totally different style from my preference. The breakfast was only possible to order to room.

The facility we bought as a 5 star hotel is like a 2 star hotel, all the lights are off and the revolving door does not work. All the spa and similar areas are closed and do not work. Breakfast is served in the room but it is very bad. The room view is looking at the air conditioning motors. How can there not be a bellboy and doorman in a 5 star hotel? The receptionist is generally not helpful. The karaoke bar was open on the first day and we could not sleep due to the music until the morning.All the furniture is very old and location is too far to city center.The worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life.

Receptionist is not doing her job right, completely confused me about the spa and didn’t mentioned that its not included and let me enter with my kid from the first time. Even tho i signed the terms where is not mentioned that i need to lay for it! Receptionist girl tried to make me stupid and in the end was very disrespectful, doesn’t know how to host guests. I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel

The hotel inside of Casino House. Room was tremendous in size, looked really good same as in pictures.
They let bring the dog, for extra charge 60€ on booking but reception wanted to charge 70€.. when told that I chat on Booking she said fine for 60€… weird.

In the long run, bath great just no privace in bathroom in front of room its all natural glass. The price for new year night was 370Eu… and was shame on that you still needed to pay for coffe machine in room .. 1 capsule 1Eur… I mean as such a quite Boutique hotel would appreciate quest with that kind of coffee without extra charge…

When you book hotel on Booking… there is pictures with pool and sauna… it is extra charge so don’t think that you will get it even the price of room is insane ;)…. was my mistake ordering it before checking.
