They provide various treatments for the 30-40% less than competitors. Staff is professional and welcoming. If you want to enjoy pool and sauna, you better choose to come on work days.
Spa of this place is less expencive than in most other places in the city. The quality is the same and some of the things even better.

Great resort, friendly staff. Upset repair, but on the other hand, when it is necessary to do something. Qualified medical staff. My "problem"- a competent neurologist. Gorgeous pool with saunas, Jacuzzi. The Aqua Park a five minute walk from the resort.

The best resort that I ever been, not for nothing he's the best Belarusian! 5 times going all the way and procedures scratched in the Park 7 times has been cool.
Ladies at the reception of the pool are very rude. Pool was crowded. We had to wait to enter the pool but that would be ok if not rude staff. We felt like a burden to them. Saunas and pool are quite small. I would suggest go to vichy instead.
Lots of things to do... swimming... diving... sawna, sliding... bathing under a water fall... relaxing.. floating with the current ...good fun with kids. Had a great relaxing day... only comment..the water has too much chlorine or something..which smelt very strong at times and made me a little bit sick... hence 4 star......everything else... nearly PERFECT!
Ladies working at pool and spa treatment reception are extremely rude and disinterested. Saunas are acceptable yet very small, pool is very small and quite crowded though it could depend on time of visit, the two jacuzzis feel cold. Lockers and toilets not very high up on standards of hygiene. They offer sheets for 50 cents but have no towels for rent. Very basic, fits the low price but basically not worth it regarding treatment of customers.
Pool with amazing view! Big windows to forest view give calmness. Not too much people, it’s good for swimming.
