Nice small hotel not far from the center. There is a small pool with a sauna. The staff mostly speaks English and Russian, apart from Lithuanian, except for the bartender lady. The restaurant offers a buffet-type dinners, where the food is nice. The breakfast was simple, but with enough variety of food.

Two weeks ago we, three generations, decided to visit this hotel. We wanted to book not only the rooms but the massage as well. The receptionist told us that there is the priority for coupons to use spa services and massage. Luckily, the next day we were informed that all five people could get the massage. Everything seemed fantastic but... one week before the visit they cancelled our five massages. We feel deceived, nothing similar has ever happened during our stays in lots of hotels. Certainly, we will visit Druskininkai - one of the nicest cities in Lithuania, we will stay in the hotel and, by all means, I will share my impressions about this 4 stars hotel. Violeta, Vilnius

Hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars, its 3 star hotel at best.
Cant use yakuzzi, have to make a booking and there is just a few slots per hour for spa area.
Rooms have no amenities like robes, slippers etc. Phone inside the room doesnt work, so cant even call reception - have to walk! After complaining about the phone, the front staff just shrugged her shoulders and thats it.
No free water - only paid one.
Rather a disappointing stay, wouldn't recommend and would not come back again.

Cosy hotel. Clean and comfortable room, polite staff and very good location, just few steps from thecity center. Food is delicious☕️🥞🥪We had a great time with the whole family. I recommend it to everyone, who is looking for a great place to stay in Druskininkai.🙂🙂

The hotel is comfortable, located in the Center.
The breakfast is very poor , bed mattress very old and if separated to 2 separate beds is very tiny is screeching .

We have already been to this hotel two times and the first stay was great. Sadly, the second time I was really disappointed. We went in 2023 early winter, we booked a reservation with spa access (the spa is small but it’s cozy, that’s probably the only reason why we chose this hotel in the first place). I’m not saying anything about a compensation or a “sorry”, but at least being informed in advance. Secondly, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, there was quite a bit of dust, the pillowcases didn’t seem to be washed well. The rooms also have a smell to them, there’s no proper ventilation.

We had 2 days in this hotel because of SPA but SPA area is very-very small. The steam room in spa doesn't work in good way like it's broken. In sauna there is no enough high temperature as it should be.
The refrigerator in room didn't work and we asked several times to make it work but there was no reaction.
There were no slippers and bathrobes in room till we asked about it. In bathroom there is no more bath things just towels, soap and tissues.

Only today we returned from Druskininkai!
During my stay at this hotel, I will describe the following:
1. Dislocation - super !!! - the city center itself, near Druskininkai water park, a couple of shopping centers, Druskininkai St. The Church of the Virgin Mary Scapular, the cable car Ropes Road, Lake Druskonis, the Druskininkai City Museum and the river Nemunas with the pier.
2. Service staff - professional, businesslike, tactful, polite and really know their job!
3. We live on the second floor of a standard double room - kettle, mini fridge with mini bar, air conditioning, bath, TV, really wide double bed - space for two to sat, the room is cozy, clean and tidy. The rooms are serviced every day - super !!!
4. Restaurant / food - according to our ticket we had breakfast and lunch - the restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel - small but cozy, tidy and tastefully furnished. The breakfast menu is small, but I think everyone will find something in it that is just right for him. There is no lunch menu - everyone gets the same first and second courses. Nevertheless - all the food is fresh, delicious, full - it is definitely enough to eat a serious man - and certainly not a canteen!
5. We also had a visit to the whirlpool and sauna complex according to our itinerary. In the room we have bathrobes and towels outside, and on the ground floor of the hotel there is a jacuzzi and two saunas - a sauna and a steam room. Plus all other standard spa facilities. Everything is tidy and great.
I recommend !!!
