Description

Pusynas Druskininkai Hotel & Spa is a three-star hotel constructed in 1982 and renovated in 2006, offering a range of rooms from Run of House to Superior. The hotel features facilities such as a restaurant and bar, sauna, meeting rooms, and free parking. Despite a central location, several reviews note that parts of the building, including balconies and elevators, are dated and in need of renovation. Guests have access to 24-hour reception, WiFi, laundry services, and safety deposit boxes. The property allows pets with a fee and accommodates children with extra beds or cribs available upon request. While some guests praise the friendly staff and good restaurant food, others point out issues like noise disturbances, limited breakfast variety, and inconsistent room maintenance. The hotel combines practical amenities with a budget-friendly price, currently starting from 44 USD per night.

Clean restaurant, friendly and cooperative staff, and good food. For me that's already a recipe for a good restaurant. Me and my girlfriend had a nice waiter who spoke English well and was very patient with me when I stupidly asked where the salt is. It was right next to me. Like I said, the food was good too. It honestly didn't look or smell like much, and I was quite skeptical when I saw it. I gave it a go and I'm glad I did. It was very good. My notes on it were only minor and not really worth getting into. Point is: This is a good restaurant. And if you are a foreigner like me who speaks neither Russian nor Lithuanian, ask for "Elijas". He speaks English.

Great place and nice rooms. Average breakfast and SPA. But that's about it. Some places are just craving for renovation. Balconies, elevator, stairs. Also ventilation system under our windows that made sleep really uncomfortable due to loud noise. Trash is taken out every day, but towels were rarely changed. Even though restaurant food was good, they only have one CD with 10 songs and it plays over and over again. Really annoying.

We came to this hotel for the first time. Staff are friendly, but the hotel quality doesn’t match the price. In our stay the food was included (lunch and breakfast) also sauna and jacuzzi. In the restaurant there was no option to choose the food from menu, we have been served soup and pork steak (without asking what we would like to get, maybe someone from us has allergies for some ingredients or food). The night in the room was terrible, as there was the noise every 30minutes, and you can’t sleep at all. Sauna’s smell was disgusting you can’t stay there more than 5minutes as you feel ‘old socks’ smell.
Despite all this the location is great to the central.
I would not come back again, it’s not worth the money you are paying for service you are getting.

Very poor service at the restaurant. Food is overpriced for canteen quality they serve. For 5 people all the main meals delivered in three different times. Also some forgotten to deliver even after asking to serve together with something like else.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Slimes in bathroom, building exterior and room interior needs great renovations. Steam sauna not working properly

The only nice looking part of the hotel is the main floor the rest is very dated and in need of repair. The worst part are the balconies which are connected with all of the rooms and anyone can enter your apartment if the window isn't closed which is absolutely ridiculous. The most unsafe experience in a hotel I've ever had.

Great place & Location

The hotel is nice and clean, though some parts a a bit outdated. Excellent price/quality ratio. The breakfast buffet was fairly limited, though it was the off-season, so might be normal. The restaurant food is delicious but it us only open until 21.00. Overall a good place (right at the center of the city!) if you are looking for a quiet place to relax on a budget. The spa services were excellent.

Building is from soviet union (ussr).
Lift is still from those days (super small, will not fit with bigger child stroller).
Walls are cracked but "repaired".
TV still CRT and Not working.
No reserved parking for guests.
Toilet is in strange position, man like 185cm  height has to sit sideways to take a dump :)
