The place turned to be better than we expected. It has also some extra services which are not usual for 3 star hotels/motels. I only would like to point that the distances to the city of Kaunas claimed are not precise. This is an ideal place for travellers through Kaunas, going along Via Baltica but not for those visiting Kaunas itself. And it is situated and designed for travellers with own transport...

The hotel is situated near the motorway that's a plus when ypu are on a business trip. The corridor was ok but the room equipment was modest and old but not so bad as the bathroom was.... There were yellow spots on the wall, generally the whole bathroom was in poor condition..

This place was a huge surprise. If you’re hesitating to book a night when you’re going by then you can stop hesitating. I was expecting worn out carpets and rooms that were covered with cobwebs and smoke residue. It was none of that. I think they must’ve renovated after the last reviews - at least our room on the 2nd floor was really nice and fresh! Bed was comfy, pillows and blankets fresh etc. Bathroom...

We came in late at night really tired and got a clean and cozy room in 2 minutes for 68 e (3 ppl). Slept really well. The toilet was running heavily all the time, I don't really understand why they won't fix it when it wastes hundreds of litres of water 24/7. Beautiful place, original and with good taste. Room clean and good facilities, hot water etc. The shower drain slow but that's a minor issue...

Very nice personnel at the reception. Nice and spacy place. I don't understand the story with the car park. Description @booking says that there is no parking - but there is parking in front of the building. Have I missed something?

This place is about the treatment you get. The host was very friendly and helpful, both in Russian and English. The breakfast had plenty to offer, with fresh bread, eggs, porridge, veggies and good coffee We spent 2 nights here in January. They have private parking. The room and bathroom was spotless.

The location was very nice. It provided a clear view if the nature in palanga. The food was great but the service lacked a tiny but because it took too long.

Clean, simple but so nice. Comfortable beds, A/C, fan, but didn’t find a small fridge. Free private parking. Good breakfast, but no coffee machine, only a black coffee with milk.

This is not a 4 star Hotel. The lack of basic features and details in the rooms and at breakfast makes it less enjoyable than a decent 3 star hotel in Lithuania. The design is recent but very plain and boring. Staff was inattentive and brisk. Otherwise friendly once you got their attention.

Amazing stay in hotel, absolutely fabulous from room till breakfast. Stuff was smiling helpful and friendly what u wouldn't expect in lithuania🥲 room was spotless we stayed in lux apartments and every penny was worth it extremely cozy modern and clean!. Clean and well equipped room, beautiful building. What really blew us away was the service, our flight was delayed and we arrived past one am. Not only was this late check in fine, but the woman on the desk had kept an eye on our flight to ensure she didn't miss us. Excellent mattress too, we slept like logs.

Overall good value, we arrived midnight and no problems with check in. We are happy to stay here again. Room with balcony which we didn't expect 👍 both spacious! The architecture of this hotel is quite unique,we love it.

The administration was so nice, you could ask them about the most popular places to visit, and even places where you can go eat where there aren't a lot of tourists. Rooms are comfortable and not too expensive. Loved it!

I travel a lot and this is the top budget hotel I have been at. Very spacious, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, sufficient balcony, large bathroom, excellent shower, good quality towels, incredibly comfortable bed, small workspace, free wifi, multiple mirrors, hanging space, coat space, fan, large windows, bedside lights... It simply had everything and was very comfortable.

We rested on weekdays, in the middle of the week. Peaceful rest in this hotel. Good location. The beach is nearby. Neat hotel with air conditioners. Pleasant and helpful service staff. Delicious breakfast. Everything was great. We plan to come back again.

It's really close to the sea, the rooms are fine, but the "free parking" zone is really small, so it's basically nonexistant and you have to pay at least 13 euros if you're staying for one night - or you can walk 1km and park for free. Either way it's not too comfortable.

Nice employees but noisy at night, could not fall asleep because of some people slamming the door and moving furniture. Breakfast is not worth it, dinner in the restaurant was much better. Location is awesome for going to the beach

Before arriving, we read many reviews and were honestly surprised — some people rated this place 1, while others gave it 5. After our stay, we truly don’t understand the negative ratings. Absolutely loved the food in the restaurant - tagliolini with prawns and the grilled chicken with vegetables were exceptionally delicious. Moreover, the weather was nice so we ate in the terrance surrounded by gorgeous nature views. Highly recommend 💯🌿

Such a nice accomodation with great service. Felt like it was in the middle of nowhere which was a great place to recharge. The accomodation was right next to a lake, and there was plenty of activites to do there - we could rent a row boat to go onto the lake, massage (which was 35 euros for 70 mins!), charcoal grill for BBQ, tennis courts, spa and sauna. I stayed in the Cottage room which fits ...

It really needs to be renovated. If you are coming here then I'd strongly recommend to bring some drinkable water with yourself because they have some problems with tap water, a small water heater if you'll want to drink coffee or tea in the morning. Dinner and breakfast were nice. The staff were friendly. TVs are also old so you need a SCART cable if you will want to show anything on them. SPA area...

Extremely fascinating! We felt like we were under the arches of an ancient city. The clever decorating scheme included existing stone structures amid the modern facilities provided for comfort. There was even a floral courtyard to be discovered in the morning. Complete kitchenette. The best restaurant is just around the corner

This apartment is unique and beautiful. It is in the middle of restaurants and shops and very walkable. We had difficulty driving to the apartment, as the streets are narrow and packed with pedestrians who walk on the streets. ******* says parking is 8 Euro but it is actually 2 Euro per hour up to 23 hours and then 1 E after that! Good place in the city, quite big and clean rooms, pleasant staff, but no elevator to 3rd floor, so a bit annoying to carry kids trolley to Lux class room, very few windows in the room and roof windows can't be opened.. but in general good price to quality ratio.

Good location not far from the center. Polite receptionist. The room is small with very small bathroom which was not so clean (shower). Service only till 8pm. Breakfast a wide choice but no so tasty.

We went after the usual lunch rush hour so it was moderately quiet and a lot of free spots. Usually in the summer evenings certain music events take place here so it can get crowded. Very good restaurant for a family gathering! They have local dishes and great seafood. The decor is very nice and overall a great atmosphere especially at sunset. The outdoor terrace is perfect for larger groups.

The traditional Lithuanian bread was definitely a top five in my list, and that's of all time! I don't know about the back terrace but the front terrace is of super simple decor and a bit bland. And when there are no accents in the interior, it kind of dampens the experience. I've ordered the pizza and honestly it wasn't that good, my friend ordered the crepes with ham and cheese, which were okay....

Good place close to the walking street, suitable for dogs. Breakfast at additional cost downstairs, delicious. The most helpful receptionist. On the downside, not the cleanest room - a lot of dust and too many spiders!

We were 3 adults and 2 kids. Room was big and warm enough. Breakfast is a must, totally recommended. Open buffet and enough amount of choices. Served btw 8-10. Receptionist was really nice and helpful. We were offered a parking place. Our room was next to a road but no noise at all. All in all, Just one issue is the bed. Despite all the good stuff, single bed was really uncomfortable.

Location is amazing in walking distance to city. Parking on yard had probably limited capacity. Receptionist was nice.

The hotel is small but cosy and convenient in terms of location - you can reach the old town and the places you want to visit on foot. The personnel is really kind and helpful, and always smiling and polite. I recommend it for all who need a good located hotel in a reasonable price.

Simplicity sometimes is a key. Price, quality and hospitality was worth every penny. It is a budget hotel in the city center, everything was close by and workers were helpful till the last second!

Rooms are great, clean and spacious. What ruined our stay was the breakfast which you can get for 8€ a person. Staff was really rude, and breakfast was well below average, It would have been a lot better to just grabs something at gas station.

Home, very yummy food. We were turned twice here per 1 week of vacation. All dishes we were tried -have a very good size to fulfill you,ideal taste and service. To add as compliment - the man , sitting next to us was purred like a cat eating Ukrainian borshz(beetroots soup😁

A fantastic apartment with all the appliances and utensils you could wish for, and beds for up to 9 people - such a number would make it extremely affordable. The location is very poor and not close to a commercial area, not very convenient for travellers without a car.

The place is near city centre, so you don't need to use a car. Breakfast are big and delicious. The room quality was bad. Smells of cigarettes and our towels was with big holes.

Traditional style hotel with friendly staff speaking Lithuanian and English. Clean and efficient room with single or double beds. Food is really good and reasonable price. MAXIMA supermarket opposite the road (1 minute walk). Cosy atmosphere at the hotel and one electric charging station for your eCar.

Very nice, the houses are neat, the owners are very friendly, the price is really not high. The cabins have showers and toilets, a common kitchen, a trampoline for children. We will definitely come back here next year.
