The air conditioning system for the entire building was non-functional. This was not an issue during our stay as the weather was quite cool. We were told this is a temporary problem. The gym consists of just a treadmill and elliptical Walker and a set of dumbbells. It is more like a home workout room than like a gym. The underground parking is nice and convenient. But a very tight squeeze for an SUV...

If you're on a budget, it's a good place to stay. However, you need to make sure you've been in contact with the property prior to check-in to receive the needed information. Lack of parking was also a minus. Overall, very clean, quiet, and convenient.

Basic, no frills place to sleep Our family of 4 (2 boys ages 10 & 8) stayed at Kastytis for one night while visiting Nida. We stayed in the room with 2 double beds, a bathroom and a fridge. I really loved the experience here. The reception wasn’t working when I arrived as it was midnight, but when I called the number provided, they picked up right away and helped me with everything. The TV did not work 2. The AC was making strange noice once the compressor kicks in 3. We had difficulties finding the hotel: Navigate to "Vasario 16-osios g., Kaunas". You enter the dead-end street from the north. The entrance to the hotel and the parking space is a small passage-way on the left. The staff was very friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are sufficiently large. Our 4th stay, we are just amazed by Stikliai, the staff are so professional, approachable and helpful and the rooms are wonderful. We really enjoy the sauna and pool. There is a calmness about the place. I feel restored by a visit here.

Pros: I visit only SPA with my family at least once per month. There are SPA, swimming pool, jacuzzis, falling water, saunas etc. Relaxation is guaranteed. Everything was great. I did not expected, that it will so cool place. Pools outside and inside. Saunas and other stuff. We were in two floors villa. It was good, had two toilets, in one was shower. Modern hotel that does the basics well. Reasonable selection on the breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and clean and our room was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy. The hotel is about 15min walk from the centre of the city.

The location is super good, it is near the bus station, 15 mins walk to the center, so it is quite nice to stay, near the bakery for breakfast, and nice restaurants for dinner. Apart from the location which is not central- it’s a great place to stay. Located in a modern complex with a tennis  club /school. It offers a modern style design and decoration alongside a young atmosphere in the bar and a very competitive buffet breakfast. Best thing in Oro Dubingiai is big territory and beautiful lake. There lot of place for grill, silence and because of big territory it feel like there are not so lot people.

A lot of activities to try. The lake is near and the food is great. The courts when wet are actually super slippery, and also smudges the clothes with red. Other than that it's ok.

The location is just absolutely awesome and walking distance to the key spots in Old Town. There are a lot of eating out options around the hotel as well. Rooms are sufficiently clean though the interiors can be a bit a jarring in terms of lots of gold/other ostentatious fitments in the room (presumably to give a “palace” feel to us lesser mortals!!).

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. A very beautiful receptionist checked me in; her voice was incredibly gentle, with a touch of ********* sweetness. There was a kettle. The space was okay, with good natural light and a view. There was an iron in the hallway.

Ok for the price I guess. Breakfast was not so good, especially for the price of 14€. Rooms are very basic. In the winter some rug for shoes would be great or a shoe rack. Also, really weird bedsheets which do not breathe, and you get sweaty through the night. Probably will not stay again

I'm from Ukraine, and this night I had to spend in this hotel, but instead I was stuck on UA-PL border during 16 hours and as a result I was forced to spend night in the bus. But the hotel gave us a chance to take a shower and left for us breakfast. Now I can feel myself a human again. So thank you so much for this!

Low-slung furniture is contraindicated for people who have had joint replacement surgery, but such furniture is available in all the sanatorium hallways. UPA is an amazing place to relax. It has great facilities, food is tasty, rooms are super clean, however, it lacks a little bit of sound proofing, because you can hear neighbours with crying babies fairly well. It was a nice stay. The hotel is close to the old town, railway and bus stations. The room itself was clean and quiet. We didn’t have breakfast there, but brought some pizza from a nice restaurant. I highly recommend it.
