For the price very acceptable. Nice rooms, everything as expected. Breakfast very good, location excellent. Only the lady at the reception might need a little bit of customer relation training. Good one/two night stand hotel, can't say anything bad about it besides beds we got. Tasty breakfast with lots of stuff to choose. I ate eggs and salted porridge to which I added some jam, was very delicious! But! Beds, exactly matresses were WAY too soft, I mean super soft. I don't think it's healthy to sleep on such matresses for your spine for many days, but it was okay for one night.

It was ok for 1 night. Bathroom not sealed properly, so you can get smells from other bathrooms if you know what I mean. Breakfast was mediocre. Price a little high for the services offered.

Adequate utilitarian old contractor hotel. Breakfast was ok. Kettles can be requested but you need to get hold of a mug before the bar/restaurant closes. Not as noisy as expected from the close location to the port and dual carriageway.

Cons: While making a reservation on their page, we wrote a message that we are coming for a honey moon. We kindly asked to prepare our room accordingly (if possible). Also we called administrators, and asked what were the difference between some types of rooms. Because they had different prices, but same descriptions. Mixed reviews Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative. That was not the case in the morning when we asked for a taxi to the airport - offhand and unhelpful.

The whole hotel and spa looked really relaxing, modern and easy to find. The hotel had a nice area and is quite close to the sea. It was quiet and peaceful. My family doesn't like crowded places so we had a really great place to relax. The reception was fast but didn't pay much attention to us (I don't remember the name but it was a dark-haired woman). Food is very good and various. Pool zone is very small and too croudy. Dissapointment here. If you are for pools and saunas- definatly skip this place.

I have spent some time in the lovely amazing place . Very recommended place to be with kids or without. As being very picky person, I found this place perfect ....nature, customer service and provided treatment wise. Nice small hotel not far from the center. There is a small pool with a sauna. The staff mostly speaks English and Russian, apart from Lithuanian, except for the bartender lady. It's in the heart of the old city, with a great location. The rooms are divided into an old building and a new building, and you have to walk through the second-floor corridor to the elevator in the new building. I stayed in the new building, and the hotel said the lobby was renovated this year (2025), and the rooms have also been renovated in recent years. It's very new!

Spacious and beautifully designed room, with an oddly cramped bathroom. Shower soap bottle was empty when we checked in which was super inconvenient. Lighting would be nice if it wasn't motion-controlled and constantly went on and off while sitting in the room.

They don't return items left in a room. I checked out and realised I left an important item to me in the room. (I was gifted that item in the room, so it didn't leave the room at all) I came back later on the same day and they said it's not found. I don't want to stay here for more than 1 night. In general, everything is quite normal, but it was a joy to leave this hotel. + water in the room as a compliment - the code for check-in is only via SMS. If you did not wrote it on some booking site, then you will not receive any information, you will need to call the number on the front door - the room is not fresh, the bathroom looks sad in general
