Decent place! Location was great being right by the aqua park. Our room was clean and had what we needed. Communal areas also decent. Our "double" bed was two singles pushed together and breakfast was only okay. But minor gripes - I'd recommend overall

We lived in Comfort. The pros are normal rooms and a cool spa, BUT the food is very cheap, rotten fruit. And there are a lot of Russians who are well treated and speak Russian with a smile.

I enjoyed my time and the procedures at Egles Sanatorija in Druskininkai. It was my second time there and I will go again. The rooms were good and quiet, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent with many choices. But, you really missed a great opportunity to excel in customer service. Great place to stay with family. Kid friendly and pet friendly. Courteus staff, nice clean rooms, delicious food. Breakfast is included and has very generous selection and it's not the same from day to day. There's even a playground for kids right next to the restaurant. We have enjoyed our stay and would love to come back sometime.

After a couple of hiccups, we were absolutely thrilled with the room, location and the experience here. The girl at the desk Kristina was super helpful and kind. It’s in the heart of the city, room had beautiful aged wood and was a great combination of vintage old and modern (bathroom and some details).

The hotel is an old building, the lobby is charming. The rooms are very old - partially refurbished. This did not spoil the experience for us personally, because the location is great and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay there - the bedding is fresh and clean and the bed is fine. The breakfast is decent. Good value for money.

Conveniently close to the pedestrian street and the city center. Nukkavieru. Upon arrival, Wünderbaum was forgotten in the room, which was suspicious. Fortunately, the room had its own balcony. Breakfast was basic. Parking was only found with a navigator and even then by searching.

The place was nice snd clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. What we liked the most was the massages at the hotel SPA.l, which were very relaxing and we slept like babies after them. Definitely try the SPA in this hotel

The hotel was clean and tidy and great value. Breakfast was adequate but not a lot for f choice. The negative was that we were sat in the bar at 8pm and they just switched the lights out and said they were closing despite the fact it said it closed at 10pm. Made us feel very unwelcome particularly as we were in the middle of our drinks

The property was okay and mostly clean. But the shower drain seems to be clogged because the water stayed in the shower for a long time. Except for the cleaning staff, we did not see any other staff. Thus we cannot judge any staff.

Great place to stay, 5 minutes from the train and coach station and 5 minutes from the old town. Its more like a hotel than a hostel as my en suite room was great. Communication from the staff was great and even though they are not there 24/7, its easy to contact them. Will 100% stay here again

It was a clean, organized and quiet hotel behind a McDonalds on the main street. Location is in the city center. If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator so you have to carry it up some steps. I would of liked to see a higher water temperature in the shower. Other than that is was good.

Clean and neat hotel. The location is its main advantage. The staff is helpful. Good breakfast and overall feeling when staying is also good. I’d recommend to stay there.

I really loved the view! I have never been to the port before so watching ships arrive and dock was really fascinating. Overall great location. Clean and specious room. The only cons were you could hear your neighbors. There is no water, coffee or teapot in the room I wish there was something basic you could just have in the room.

From my point of view that's the best hotel in Klaipeda if you come to work or just 1-2 days stop in your trip. It's really cheap, clean with nice breakfast and if you want you can have a couple of drinks at the bar.

Noisy place at the night time, the train working all night

The hotel do not give any reward for gold members or if you have stayed at the hotel for many days. Even after several moths I did not get any benefit, like free acess to spa or reduced price. They do not refill free drinking water at the room you have to change room every day if you want free water. So grate hotel but no reward if you stay long or come often.

Great place Far superior to our other hotel stays. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the old town and the Coruna Spit. Our room was an upgrade and was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was an excellent spread of choices.

Very nice hotel in near old town. Hall is very picturesque! Much appreciating a very nice breakfast which varies day after day. Rooms are rather spacious, however bath is rather awkwardly placed as all eater pours on the floor.

We stayed for one night, but we have no complaints. The room was clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The location is perfect — there’s a lake just 3 minutes away. The hotel has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, but the rooms are quite small. As it’s located right by the main street, traffic noise can be quite noticeable, especially at night. The biggest drawback was the lack of parking spaces — we often had to park further away, which was inconvenient when travelling with family.
