After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. Remove the locks in 2025? Very weird decision. Ive stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen this anywhere else. It really made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

We had a nice stay here. Modern and clean rooms, and the reception and spa staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good with a good selection. Unfortunately, we had a somewhat bad experience when we had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other than letting us order and serve us food. A good hotel in the center of Vilnius. Not the first time I stay. Breakfasts are good. Also paintings are everywhere on the walls, as if you are in a museum.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, which made travel time longer and may not be convenient for travelers without a car. However, the room was generally clean and comfortable. Overall, it is satisfactory to stay at this hotel given the price level.

We have visited Hotel and the Hotel restorane during holiday season from 29December and could confirm the hotel is located in city center, close to aqua park. We would like to give the best review for Restorane team member - Jonas! He was very helpful to select meals and drinks - best greetings from Latvia!

Great location, but an unfriendly staff. The spa was very small and poorly designed. The rooms not sound proof, therefore the noise is coming from the doors, ceilings and walls. The breakfast - very poor.

They have the old school charm where they ask where you have been, ask what you would like to see, provide a map and highlight the special areas of interest. They even asked us quite often how our day was going and if my wife found the amber she was looking for. I wish I could remember the managers name. He was super friendly...

The stay was very nice, but the difference is made by the staff. Amazing people who help you with anything you need. I arrived at 2 am, there was a pleasant welcome, the room was clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained and equipped with a bottle of water, tea, coffee and sugar. The room was spacious and cozy, there is a bathtub and a shower, really the user's choice. Clean and comfortable hotel well situated close to bus stops and train station. Easy to get to the river for the museums, parks and castle etc. These lovely people found my new iPad I left at breakfast and kept it safe at reception til I arrived back in the evening and realised I had lost it. Can’t ask for more than that!

I stayed at the Ibis Kaunas Centre for two nights and overall had a good experience. The location is a real highlight. It’s very central, about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, right next to the main bus station, and less than five minutes on foot to the main train station. Getting around Kaunas was easy from here. Awful pillows, impossible to sleep. Not good especially when you have 4 hours to sleep before the flight. Reception and restaurant staff is absolutely not guest oriented, unfriendly and impolite.

Hotel is rather harder to find than anticipated and as I drove to the the hotel had some difficulty finding it. Perhaps hotel should get Google map to remark their location to their frobt desk.

i wouldn’t stay in this hotel during the winter period as there is no aircon. Had to open windows, ocassionally it was noisy outside. shower head was spoilt as well, water splashing everywhere, making the whole toilet floor wet after my shower.

I had a very positive experience with a large group booking for a work event. The hotel is really great, very conveniently located and with an excellent breakfast buffet. The sales department was also extremely helpful during the booking process. I would definitely recommend lodging here.

I stayed in a superior double, which was large and over looked the back of the hotel so was really quiet! However the rooms are very old fashioned decor, and whilst the bathroom was big it had a cheap shower cubicle and an inspiring shower head. Bed was comfortable with a choice of very soft or just soft pillows. Breakfast was well stocked but when a coach party were also in the 2 coffee machines ...

I liked everything, especially the location and breakfast. However, the window in my single room was very difficult to open. I had to first stand on a chair, then on the table, because the table completely blocked access to the window unless you stood on it.

Hotel with a very good location. The room was spacious, clean. Sadly the towels had holes in them. Not the best breakfast, there could be improvements. Note there were constructions outside and they were audible from our room. The rooms are not entirely soundproof, as you could hear walking and snoring from upstairs.

Reception staff was very nice and friendly although she seemed to lost her voice. Rooms were pretty basic, beds were not comfortable enough. Felt more like a 3 star than 4 stars though.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Vilnia. Fantastic location , warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great value for money and nicer than we hoped for. Breakfast was a little bit so-so, but that’s the only thing, and it was so well priced it’s not a problem. Stay here, it’s fab.

The hotel is really nice, but some of the men working there simply are liars. We parked a car in "their territory", took pictures, showed them, asked is it allowed to park over there, and they confirmed. After a week I got a fine from police for incorrectly parked car... Be careful with their parking.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it a convenient walk to the old town. However, the hotel itself is quite hidden, seemingly located in an office building. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Parking is difficult to find there, so there are paid parking spaces behind the hotel, which is fine.

After searching for options, as a party of 7, we truly felt we had found a gem of a hotel in the old part of the city that was very much up to modern and comfortable standards. Plan to visit again as trip was work related so hope they have room for me next time.

So I’ve been in this hotel so many times. We get a room for family. So bed was not so good. At the upgraded rooms are so much better. So service is kind and helpful. At the evening we get hot milk at the room. Living in Klaipeda is far from SPA VILNIUS. So my favourite hotel I Lithuania.

This is the place, where you want to come back. And when you do, it feels like blessing. Perfect spa, great rooms and unparalleled service. The food is 2 die 4!

Especially was impressed with personnel - all very helpful, smiling and polite. Not a single grumpy face “serving time” at work browsing the phone. This is worth a lot, and praise for the management team for creating such a culture.

Park across the street is fantastic - english style, big enough to get lost, very convenient way to the beach, has cute amber museum on premises… cafe and the shop.

Walking distance from Vilnius train station in a residential neighbourhood. While there were some public works ongoing during my stay, I imagine it would be quiet normally. Good restaurants are walking distance away. Staff were friendly and willing to help.

Amazing hotel, very attentive staff, breakfast buffet has a variety foods and lovely coffee even with alternative milks, 1 minute to the beach. Place is magical, we rented 2 bed apartment which has everything in it! Beautiful settings within pines and fir trees near the park and all amenities for the family. Will be back ! 🧡
