On arrival we have been greeted by two lovely ladies at reception, they made us feel very welcomed, their hospitality level is excellent and needs to be awarded. After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. Remove the locks in 2025? Very weird decision. Ive stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen this anywhere else. It really made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

We had a nice stay here. Modern and clean rooms, and the reception and spa staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good with a good selection. Unfortunately, we had a somewhat bad experience when we had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other than letting us order and serve us food. Despite that, the food and wine were good.

The hotel is a bit outdated but still nice. The staff is also very kind, especially the bartender. However, the restaurant is disappointing. We purchased the package with romantic dinner which was a big mistake. A good hotel in the center of Vilnius. Not the first time I stay. Breakfasts are good. Also paintings are everywhere on the walls, as if you are in a museum.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, which made travel time longer and may not be convenient for travelers without a car. However, the room was generally clean and comfortable. Overall, it is satisfactory to stay at this hotel given the price level.

We have visited Hotel and the Hotel restorane during holiday season from 29December and could confirm the hotel is located in city center, close to aqua park. We would like to give the best review for Restorane team member - Jonas! He was very helpful to select meals and drinks - best greetings from Latvia!

Great location, but an unfriendly staff. The spa was very small and poorly designed. The rooms not sound proof, therefore the noise is coming from the doors, ceilings and walls. The breakfast - very poor.

Service at the spot was great ! I was disappointed to find out how much the spa facilities cost per hour. The only other downside was a lack of refreshments in the room. We had bottled water but that was it, of which I don’t think is much of an issue if this can be provided at the front desk. Though it would be nice to have it at your convenience. Awful pillows, impossible to sleep. Not good especially when you have 4 hours to sleep before the flight. Reception and restaurant staff is absolutely not guest oriented, unfriendly and impolite.

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby. You really feel like a king in this hotel restaurant. Out of time with sumptuous chandeliers ( in restaurant's room) and furniture everywhere. Personnel members have the sense of hospitality and always smiling providing a high standard of quality of services

They have the old school charm where they ask where you have been, ask what you would like to see, provide a map and highlight the special areas of interest. The stay was very nice, but the difference is made by the staff. Amazing people who help you with anything you need. Especially Regvita who is so kind and helps you even with directions for the best restaurants nearby. Truly appreciated her guidance and amazing conversational skills. I arrived at 2 am, there was a pleasant welcome, the room was clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained and equipped with a bottle of water, tea, coffee and sugar. The room was spacious and cozy, there is a bathtub and a shower, really the user's choice. Clean and comfortable hotel well situated close to bus stops and train station. Easy to get to the river for the museums, parks and castle etc. These lovely people found my new iPad I left at breakfast and kept it safe at reception til I arrived back in the evening and realised I had lost it. Can’t ask for more than that!

Hotel is rather harder to find than anticipated and as I drove to the the hotel had some difficulty finding it. Perhaps hotel should get Google map to remark their location to their frobt desk.

i wouldn’t stay in this hotel during the winter period as there is no aircon. Had to open windows, ocassionally it was noisy outside. shower head was spoilt as well, water splashing everywhere, making the whole toilet floor wet after my shower.

There was an offer of 53 hotels in Booking.com filtered under my expectation of 3-4 stars and price under 80€ per night including the breakfast and good free parking. I had a very positive experience with a large group booking for a work event. The hotel is really great, very conveniently located and with an excellent breakfast buffet. The sales department was also extremely helpful during the booking process. I would definitely recommend lodging here.

I stayed in a superior double, which was large and over looked the back of the hotel so was really quiet! However the rooms are very old fashioned decor, and whilst the bathroom was big it had a cheap shower cubicle and an inspiring shower head. Bed was comfortable with a choice of very soft or just soft pillows. Breakfast was well stocked but when a coach party were also in the 2 coffee machines ...

I liked everything, especially the location and breakfast. However, the window in my single room was very difficult to open. I had to first stand on a chair, then on the table, because the table completely blocked access to the window unless you stood on it.

Hotel with a very good location. The room was spacious, clean. Sadly the towels had holes in them. Not the best breakfast, there could be improvements. Note there were constructions outside and they were audible from our room. The rooms are not entirely soundproof, as you could hear walking and snoring from upstairs.

Reception staff was very nice and friendly although she seemed to lost her voice. Rooms were pretty basic, beds were not comfortable enough. Felt more like a 3 star than 4 stars though.

Friendly staff very happy to help. Great, spacious rooms, very quiet despite central location. 8/9 minutes walk to all the main sites eg Vilnius cathedral, Gedmina’s hill tower and the palace of Duke of Lithuania.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Vilnia. Fantastic location , warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great value for money and nicer than we hoped for. Breakfast was a little bit so-so, but that’s the only thing, and it was so well priced it’s not a problem. Stay here, it’s fab.

Excellent service and attentive staff throughout our two- day conference. Communication was professional, responses were quick, and every detail was handled with genuine care for the guests. The breakfast was not as good as the rest of the hotel or the service there either . It was very poor and staff not interested or engaged in customer service .

The hotel is really nice, but some of the men working there simply are liars. We parked a car in "their territory", took pictures, showed them, asked is it allowed to park over there, and they confirmed. After a week I got a fine from police for incorrectly parked car... Be careful with their parking.

I had an amazing stay at the Narutis Hotel. People were welcoming and helpful. The room was nice as well, it was cleaned every day. Had a very nice stay here. The hotel is located in Old Town along a nice street with restaurants and shops. However, it remained very quiet. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is spacious. Breakfast is pretty good, and there are vegan milk options such as oat and almond milk. Reception was very kind, but I think they could be more helpful in providing restaurant recommendations for newcomers like...

The hotel's location is excellent, making it a convenient walk to the old town. However, the hotel itself is quite hidden, seemingly located in an office building. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Parking is difficult to find there, so there are paid parking spaces behind the hotel, which is fine.

A lot of activities to try. The lake is near and the food is great. The courts when wet are actually super slippery, and also smudges the clothes with red. Other than that it's ok.

The air conditioning system for the entire building was non-functional. This was not an issue during our stay as the weather was quite cool. We were told this is a temporary problem. The gym consists of just a treadmill and elliptical Walker and a set of dumbbells. It is more like a home workout room than like a gym. The underground parking is nice and convenient. But a very tight squeeze for an SUV...

After searching for options, as a party of 7, we truly felt we had found a gem of a hotel in the old part of the city that was very much up to modern and comfortable standards. Plan to visit again as trip was work related so hope they have room for me next time.

The place to stay in Klaipėda Great hotel. Well located in the heart of the old town. Service couldn't be friendlier. Comfort and atyle are present of course but there is a little something more. Especially with morning breakfast.

Very good breakfast, we also had lunch at the hotel restaurant - was good as well. Dinner had to be reserved (on weekends), but many places around to eat, all nice. Park across the street is fantastic - english style, big enough to get lost, very convenient way to the beach, has cute amber museum on premises… cafe and the shop.

Walking distance from Vilnius train station in a residential neighbourhood. While there were some public works ongoing during my stay, I imagine it would be quiet normally. Good restaurants are walking distance away. Staff were friendly and willing to help.

There's road construction going on right in front of my house, and it seems like it's been abandoned. It's so dusty that I can't even drag my suitcase along. The whole old town is shabby. I've been living here for three days and I'm itchy all over. I think I'm infested with mites...
