I had lunch at the hotel this morning, and given the late hour, they asked me to take it on the first floor. I ordered eggs with bacon… my god, the bacon was barely cooked. Two measly eggs and a salad that wasn't rinsed and was disgusting. The two waitresses were sitting and chatting and didn't even look at me. The vacuum cleaner was in use, and to top it all off, my table wasn't cleaned… In short, avoid this place at all costs. The manager should definitely take control of his staff.

Very unpleasant and confusing experience. We checked in at around 05:30 in the morning and paid 99 € for the room. We signed the registration document which clearly states that our reservation was from 05.03.2026 until 06.03.2026. At the reception we were not informed about any early check-in fee. After a few hours we were suddenly told that we must either leave the room or pay an additional 99 €. Later another employee demanded 30 € instead. We felt pressured to pay this money because otherwise we were told to leave the room. This situation was very unprofessional and stressful. An official complaint has already been submitted to the Consumer Protection Authority in Lithuania.

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was good. But the rooms are cold. I would like it to be a couple of degrees warmer.

You could not find a cleaner hotel. But be careful getting into and out of the shower, as the side of the tub is high.
