Don't recommend this hotel. Super loud. Seems that you are stayin in same room with neighbours. We had really bad sleep due to sounds. Personel and food was nice, rooms small but clean.

Not recommending this place.

Majority of rooms are super small, with almoat paper thick walls - where you can hear what neighbors are talking. You can not have a quality sleep basically.
Showers/WC are super small as well in standard rooms. Showers bearly working.

Staff is friendly but it doesn't create any difference when you can't sleep normally.
Prices for massages are quite high too.

The place was nice snd clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. What we liked the most was the massages at the hotel SPA.l, which were very relaxing and we slept like babies after them. Definitely try the SPA in this hotel

Room is dated but decent. Was clean when we got there. The bed was large but sunken in the middle and not comfortable. The shower had no way of fixing the shower head on the wall. The water was green. The room was not cleaned in a week and when we asked to have it cleaned, they just changed the towels so we asked again and the vacuum was just floated over the room and not actually cleaned. The dressing gown was stained. Limited complementarities and we had the only room with a kettle.
Breakfast was pretty much inedible. Only ate there once. The service was appalling, no staff in the hotel after 8pm. Charging extra for a city fee which was not explained. Would not stay here again.

We stayed here 4 nights. On the first night the central heating wasn’t working. I asked for the remote control for the air conditioner. That’s OK. The room was too small. There is no mini bar inside the room. You have to go at the end of the hall and use the refrigerator. The breakfast isn’t enough,there aren’t many options. The best advantage of this hotel is in the center of the city and you can arrive everywhere on foot. Thanks a lot for everything.

The hotel was clean and tidy and great value. Breakfast was adequate but not a lot for f choice. The negative was that we were sat in the bar at 8pm and they just switched the lights out and said they were closing despite the fact it said it closed at 10pm. Made us feel very unwelcome particularly as we were in the middle of our drinks

Rooms were fairly old and the walls are paper - could hear every conversation the neighbors were having as well as someone snoring all night long.

We booked this place because the reviews said the food was good and we had a very different experience. We bought a deal with dinner included and they served us food that is not even on the menu - bland version of Greek salad with not ripe tomatoes and some fake knock-off version of feta (not actually feta). The fish was mushy and overcooked with some rocket on the side (dry - no seasoning, no dressing).

The breakfast buffet was also disappointing - poor quality products and very small selection.

Judge for yourselves, but this is just a cheap, clean room to spend the night like a 2* roadside motel (if you're not a light sleeper). Not worth the price they charge.

Service was perfect. Food was brilliant. It was nice and clean. The best personal.
However the mattresses were horrible.
When you wake up sleep deprived with painful backpain…you hardly can enjoy your stay with a smile.
Therefore we gave 1 star.
Once they improve this, they gonna be 10-star hotel!
