The hotel doesn’t really look like a 4 star hotel, but it’s pretty decent and quite a good area. Pretty clean and big bed. Would recommend, not too bad! But one night there was issue to enter my room as the tap card machine seems to have problem and we went down to concierge for a few times.

The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around; many attractions are within walking distance. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, smart, and considerate—for example, they promptly refilled our water whenever it ran low. Check-in times are as flexible as possible to accommodate guests. Furthermore, the hotel's pool area is impressive; it's clean and safe, perfect for kids to play in.

The room facilities were good and relatively new. Located in the old town, it's within walking distance to attractions and convenient for dining, with a night market just downstairs. The only downside was that the breakfast variety wasn't very extensive.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Even though there's a night market downstairs, it's surprisingly quiet at night, not noisy at all. They also provide complimentary drinks in the fridge, and they're refilled when you finish them.

The room was spotless. There's a street food area right downstairs, perfect for late-night snacks. It's not far from the attractions, and renting a scooter made getting around super easy. Taxis often get stuck in traffic and can be a bit pricey.

This hotel is super convenient! There are so many eateries nearby, and the dessert shops serve really generous portions. The white coffee at OO coffee shop is delicious too. You'll find plenty of open-air food stalls around, and even though they don't have air conditioning, the local flavors are fantastic and the food is great.

The hotel's location is good, and the room was generally clean. However, the bedding needs improvement, as the mattress was a bit saggy. The hotel's location also differed from what was shown during booking, which caused some trouble with navigation, and I had to call the front desk. The service level was just average.

I had booked the room at a higher rate with breakfast. However, the booking ended up without meals (breakfast). I had a complaint that we broke the wash basin. On that day we left the room at 6 am and returned at 4 pm. We had used the wash basin before we left it was in good condition. Upon receiving a call from the hotel saying that we need to pay for the broken basin, we inspected the same to find the breakage which had occured in our absence. The cleaners also left a access key in the slot, which purportedly was to activate the air con in our absense. The Hotel had changed the room for us. Nothing was informed on the claim for the breakage when we checked out today

The hotel's location is great, with a night market right downstairs. They also offer a shuttle service to attractions, and the service is really good. You can even self check-in. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Both the hotel's facilities and services are excellent, and its location is superb. There's a teahouse downstairs, and within 100 meters, you can find Dim Sum Ee Cheong, Durian Empire, as well as bak kut teh and salt-baked chicken restaurants (I forgot their exact names). Penang is definitely worth a second visit, and Sunway Hotel Georgetown would be my top choice for accommodation.
