Hi just wanna share I have been check-in this hotel few times. Rooms are good. But toilet are not so clean. The toilet tailes have black stains.Toilet floor same. Toilet bowl down and side are dirty. Not clean. 1 of the room toilet flush is not working well.Shower leaking Towel smelly, and gt tear. Sinki is stuck. 1 of the room aircond so cool cnx adjust. 1 of the room aircond warm. Otherwise service and room are good. It my personal opinion. Tq. Hope in future will be clean.

Great location
The hotel is in a great location close to everything.
The rooms are a bit worn and could use some TLC. But with the fantastic location and the cheap price it's easy to overlook.

We booked the Queen Bed with Balcony Room just because we can't be in no-window room. Be sure to check before you book.

The room is small for 3 of us (me, wife and 3 yo son). Can't really do much inside.

Room is clean (except we found some ants inside trying to eat some packs of sugar). Bed is soft. They provide additional pillow, which was perfect for 3 of us.

Shower is okay with water heater. Water pressure is fine.

Staff were all okay. No issue at all. Some reviews mentioned that staff were rude and didn't provide good service, well, it didn't happen to us. All good. Just straightforward check in and check out. Communication also has no issue.

Location is perfect. Just beside Jalan Alor, 1 min walk. They are at Jalan Tengkat Tongshin. You can find food at anytime of the day. Convenient store is just 150 meters away. There is a 24h coin laundry within 100 meters from this hotel.

Calling Grab is no issue at all. Location is very easy to find. Small issue is that they don't have place for Grab car to wait. So you need to quickly hop on or off the car without disturbing the traffic.

There's RM50 cash deposit during my stay. They return when check out. No receipt was given, but they remember to refund me back.

AC is cold. Very cold for a small 16m2 room. Soundproofing is poor. Can hear people talk in the hall way. If you stay in room with balcony, be prepared to hear noise from the street. We have no problem with that.

Overall, not bad. You can stay here if you simply need a basic accommodation when you are exploring KL. No facilities. No breakfast. Just a room to sleep. That's all.

n they charge we are 20rm for one room。we only 4ppl （3adult 1children 3 1/2year）。they say is govents n tourist fee need too pay。idk why they charge so high。we stay at genting got charge also is 2rm per people n for adult only。i dont know wht is different。really not make sense。we dont want comeback anymore。

If you looking for budget hotel, I would say it is affordable. But be ready to bring your toothbrush as they charge RM5 per toothbrush. The room that I stay is 305 and will not recommend to stay that room as TV has not been fixed for so long. Kettle is dirty and room is dusty. I found some hair on the bed. Night time you can hear people conversation and walk at the Alley as the sound proof suck. No own parking, if you drive park at open space. If festive season, parking can reach RM25 per entry. I book that hotel due to no room available at other hotel in KL due to festive season.

Clean and nice hotel. Room is small even for 1 people. Form main door of room and you want to go to toilet, you will hit the TV for sure

The best chicke rice I ever tasted. Fast and good service.

If you try to order different dish from their menu, that is not chicken rice, be prepared to wait long time or even that order can be forgotten.

While price of single serve chicken rice is reasonable, take away service is overpriced.

Decent chicken rice. Not easy to find a good halal research. Rice is good. Chicken abit over cooked but it needs to be that way. Remember to request for ginger sauce

This historic place reopen with the same revolving restaurant . Be careful as you will feel dizzy as the movement is quite fast. Good is excellent and in good proportion too

Wow, I visited this place during my visit from India this summer. This is a one of a kind restaurant in KL. The restaurant revolves slowly and one can get an awesome view of KL, since it is situated at the 18th floor of Federal Hotel. A must visit in KL!

Came here on a Saturday night for dinner.

Pro: It's a revolving restaurant. The floor moves around giving patrons a 360° view of Kuala Lumpur. Food is decent though nothing to boast about.
Con: Service is slow. Took a little over am hour after ordering for our starters to arrive. Even though the food is decent, it tastes like something we can get out of a cafe instead of something from a trained chef. Basically, the taste doesn't justify the price. The moving floor may actually nausea if you're prone to seasickness.

All in all, you're basically paying for the view since it's a decent place to enjoy the view of Kuala Lumpur and the food is just normal.

Haven't came here for a long time and finally gets to make a trip here. The environment is great with the restaurant revolving but everything else was really bad. They serve us stone cold and rock hard bread. We ordered a red wine but the red wine glass turns out looking very funny and small. My family and I ordered lamb and beef but nothing was good. The outer layer was burned and the inner layer is RAW. Not rare but raw. The worst experience I've ever had. Never gonna come anymore and strongly recommend nobody to come here anymore.
