Strategic location, connecting shopping mall just have enough shops and eateries to explore. Accessible public transport connecting to shopping mall is convenient for solo travellers as long as you have energy to walk.
Small clean room with city view, though i was given the room at the end of hallway, the broad window with city view and adequate sunlight brightened my day.

Environment: You can see the Twin Towers, 118, and TRX. The mall is right downstairs, which is very convenient.

The location is excellent, and having a plaza right downstairs is incredibly convenient. This hotel is perfect for both business travelers and families. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is quite good. Highly recommended!

The location is good, but my room had many ants when I checked in. I reported it to the staff, but it still affected my comfort. Cleanliness and pest control should be taken more seriously. Thanks

Has been staying there for my KL outings since 2015 and the location of the hotel within Mid Valley and surroundings is very convenient for anyone looking for shopping at doorsteps and travelling to nearby places of interest is within minutes.

Room a bit small but the location is superb. It’s only 2 doors away from the mid valley megamall. Service is good they even granted me late check out for free. Thank you for that. Oh our room has the best KL view.

Very clean with very polite n friendly front desk staff. Bathroom is very clean. Hardly to find any dirt in the room.
Bed is comfortable. Many TV channel. Water pressure is good.
Breakfast spread is good.
Everything is perfect. Maybe only 1 thing that need to take note is the corridor lights too dim. Can change to more brighter light.
In overall, very satisfied with this hotel. It's better than 4 or 5 star.

Visit on the 10 Sep 2016. 78 MYR for bbq buffet. Not worth it. No,oysters. Other hotel buffet may be a better choice.

Poor service is an overstatement for the price you pay here. You will get better response from the staff at KFC or McD. The staffs including the supervisor display a nonchalant behaviour. Even asking for the bill was an ordeal. This is not a good place.

It was 1 hour till their closing hours when I had arrived and you would expect any service given to be rushed. However, I was attended to by Zahirah and her service was amazing! She was extremely helpful, informative, friendly and patient. If you need any help, she's the best person to look for. 5 stars for Machines and 10 stars for her.

There's a female staff with fancy English accent who will treat you like you're asking for a free iPhone. Well hello we paid for the phone. Just because we speak Malay instead of English that doesn't mean we're unable to speak English or uneducated. Bad customer service!!!!!!!

The worse service you can ever think of. I gave phone for a repair, on the contract they mentioned to return the phone back within14 days. 3/13/17 and now 15 days gone..when I call the store they keep on saying we don't know its with the delivery company....DO NOT BUY yourself a headache
