Hotel Sentral KL @ KL Sentral Station in Kuala Lumpur

The hotel is located in strategic location with 3 mins walking from monorail station. Nice to stay with. The common area of the hotel with water dispenser.

express room provide tv but unable to watch it also air conditioner not functioning. Not cold at all.

After a long day of works and arrive hotel near 12am. Upon entering the room, I just want a quick shower, rest for a while and resting.

The room size is ok. But I was furious with the following - body soap or shampoo dispenser is not available, there’s no water kettle and the a/c is not functioning (the room is warm and a/c is so noisy)

HSKP staff was puzzled as well when he came with body wash and shampoo refill but there’s no dispenser. He went out and came back with a btl fill with shampoo. I’m speechless and too tired to complaint further.

Just not worth it!

Room so small. Air condition not function properly. Just fan no cool air. When i’m going out for a while they come enter to my room for clean up. They thought i already chexkout. I never asked to clean up my room n never return my room card yet. Staff at the counter are so arrogant. That one wear glasses old man.

IWe still can't check in when it's check-in time. We wait about 15 minutes before queueing up to check in. The girl at the counter treated the boy in front of me very well, and then skipped me and said to the crowd queueing behind me that the Family Room was not ready, but said nothing to me. When it was my turn, she gave me an Executive Room (Queen bed+extra bed), and we booked Family Room (1 Queen+1 single bed). After entering the room, the extra bed was delayed. I had no choice but to go to the counter againI to ask for the Family Room I had booked before😓

The breakfast time is from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. When we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 🍴, we found that a lot of food was finished, and even saw other guests complaining about what to eat? A lot of food is no longer available.
