The bathroom floor was incredibly dirty. When I sprayed water on it, grime started coming off. It looked like it had never been scrubbed. The drain was clogged, so water pooled when I showered. The sink was also clogged. Other than the bathroom, the rest of the room was fine. Sahur (pre-dawn meal during Ramadan) was at 4:30 AM, but not all the food was ready. It was quite expensive at RM43 per person for a very limited food selection. Absolutely not worth it. There weren't even eggs. I paid extra for 1 adult and 3 children for sahur, and was asked to pay RM100 in cash but wasn't given a receipt. The receptionist might have been a foreigner because her English didn't sound like Malaysian English. She mumbled and was unclear, making it hard to understand her accent. She also wasn't aware of Ramadan. When I asked what time sahur was for Ramadan, she didn't understand. Valet parking was RM40/day, which was okay. Anyway, this will be my first and last stay at this hotel.

Enjoyed the food (breakfast & dinner). Good proximity to Monorail / LRT stations. Clean, comfortable room. Good, prompt service. Maybe the part we didn't enjoy is the location of the machine to read our card when we enter the parking area (sloping - too steep, should be a bit lower ). & maybe also the hotel need to put up an explanation at the lifts that to use them, we need to tap our room keycard. (Was confused at first & had to help a few other guests who didn't know about it)

The hotel is situation in the heart of KL. & easy assessed to many KL attractions. The room is quite big and the bed is comfortable. But the toilet is quite old and the cleanliness can still be improved. KL can be viewed from the hotel room.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent—close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety. Overall, I was happy with the service and facilities. The only downside was the noise from nearby construction during the day, which can be a bit disturbing. Other than that, everything was great and I’d still recommend it for a city stay.

Booked to be near the SCKLM starting line. Does the job. Breakfast was alright. Had a great sunset view.

The hotel was decent overall. The staff were polite, though not overly warm. The room was clean but a little small, and some of the furniture felt dated. Wi-Fi worked fine, but the connection was slow at times. Breakfast had a fair selection, but nothing special. For the price, it was acceptable.

One of the better Halal Chinese place in Klang Valley. However I really dislike the female manager (the one who has huge hair like a bird's nest). She is very rude to patrons, very very rude UNLESS if you're either a young or middle-aged men. She tends to flirt with them and service is better too. Whenever our group has a male, that's when we get better service. The sad thing is we have nobody to complain to since she's the highest ranked person taking care of the place. The place would be better off without this rude bitchy woman. Yes be prepared for her to throw dishes on your table with a loud bang!
As for dimsum, I will not recommend siu mai or char siu bao, as it tastes nothing like what it should be. Order anything else but dishes that should originally be pork dishes (eg. prawn dumpling, prawn rice rolls, cod fish, porridge, bean curd roll)
