HORRIBLE! Don't come here!
THIS PLACE IS LIKE A PUBLIC TOILET!! 🤮

All the rooms on the 10th floor are complete crap! When booking, pay attention to the photos. The rooms with a sink in the middle are a complete dump:
1. Terribly dirty, the rooms are not cleaned at all, there is no cleaning;
2. Terrible audibility from the neighboring rooms;
3. After turning on the air conditioner, it stinks of vinegar and stench!
4. There is no rug in the room, wet marks remain all over the floor, uncomfortable and unpleasant! 5. There is not even one bottle of water!
6. Dirty mugs
7. The floor is sticky, it is unpleasant to walk with bare feet, everything sticks
8. Terribly dirty windows, with fingerprints and palm prints on the glass
9. The rooftop pool is crowded, the water is dirty! There isn't a single free lounge chair. Swimming is disgusting, everyone pees in the water.

YOU CAN GET ALL THIS LUXURY FOR $20 a night!🤦🏼‍♀️
For that kind of money, it's easier to rent a decent, clean room in a regular hotel. The Majestic has gone completely rude with their prices and absolutely lousy service. IT'S A DISGRACE!👎

Funky sewer stench in the room the moment one step in due to the toilet plumbing not done well. Location is great and the rooftop view is amazing. Location is great, plenty of eateries around that open till late. 7-11 and MiX is at the ground floor. Dia Ji Dumpling across this place. Location is superb. Will I return? No, due to the smell in the room.

would like to make a complaint regarding the hot water issue in our room bathroom. There has been no hot water available since last night and even this morning the water remains cold.

While checking in I was informed that I had to pay 200 MYR as a refundable deposit ( CASH ONLY ) . This was a first for me as all the other properties that I had visited had all accepted CARD . It was 23:00 at the time , I was making an extremely late check in to the property with my family including a small child . I unfortunately experienced the rudest behaviour by a reception staff that I have ever experienced , it was like the Management of D’Majestic had the lowest standards of hiring in the country and possibly the world . In the face of such sub standard hospitality I had hoped that I would be able to appeal the Management to figure out a favourable solution considering the extremely late hour , but the person insisted that the management ( his boss ) did not care and would not bother even speaking with me . I got Agoda to cancel my booking immediately and fortunately got my money back .

The D’Majestic Management has obviously proven themselves to be quite a deplorable bunch , given the way that they treat their customers it’s only a matter of time before their business crumbles to nothing . I sincerely hope it does .

My advice to travellers : kindly avoid D’Majestic properties . Not because their properties might or might not be good but because the place is managed by terrible and rude human beings .

toilet had a smell and had some noise disturbances dont know from what but cupboard was shaking. hair dryer was not working, iron had some burnt thing stuck and dirtied my clothes. Some lights will flicker if you put a plug in so be careful. Wifi was good.

Take note that check in will cost around 200RM per room and check ins before 3pm will require a fee. you can leave the luggages with the security but will require a fee as well.
And staff will only be around 8AM - 11PM latest. So if you want to get your deposit back on the spot, you need to let them know about your check out timing.

Location is okay in terms of getting around but surrounding area is pretty dirty. Theres a 7-11 and an asian sweets market downstairs which is nice.

Smells bad, leaking sink, leaking bidet, leaking shower, and stingy with wifi. I can’t imagine if you came here without service and were told there is no wifi when clearly everyone at reception is using it along with the wifi box displayed in the lobby. Could be cleaner or more effort with removing stains from sheets and towels. Chairs in room and reception area also have stains. Doesn’t feel as welcoming besides the security.

Warning!! worst experience ever.We had the apartment 702 here. The Toilet and bathroom are sooooo stinky that the bad smell didn't let us sleep.we book the place for 4 nights, but we had to leave the place next day. and they did not gave our money back, although it was their fault. the building is old and streets super noisy and very dirty. and the noise is directly in the room. not a good sound prove room.
