The carpet in the room appeared slightly worn and could benefit from refurbishment or deeper cleaning to enhance the overall ambience and cleanliness

The staff were generally courteous and helpful, contributing to a positive overall experience. However, there are a few areas that could be improved

Some of the curtains cannot close fully and i need to use my hairclips to pin the curtain together to prevent light from coming into the room at night

Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel during our family trip on 19th February 2026

Major concern is the wifi connection is VERY POOR, which need to drastically improve, not only slow but also unstable. With some improvements in these areas, the overall guest experience would be even better

Overall, it was a truly wonderful and memorable stay. The professionalism and warmth demonstrated by every team member made a significant difference. We will most certainly return and look forward to our next visit

Clean, nice size room, for the cheaper rate queen room the toilet is outside. Quite decent with good hot shower. Checkin was easy

Everything ok except for the room power supply socket fall to repair quite awhile already.

Nice budget hotel located at the city center, which is very convenient for people who need short stay in KL. The rooms are clean but are a little small, and the toilet & bathroom are shared

A hotel in budget comes around 100 ringit for one night. Meanwhile u can visit d Market places n can enjoy shopping in the malls of Bukit Bintang. China Market is near to the place

A little overpriced.... But overall good... Specially for Pakistani and Indians due to the adjacent very good restaurant

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice and so was my room. I especially enjoyed the view from my window. Hotel was pretty secure as needed to use your room key to use the elevator to your floor

Second time staying in this hotel. Love the location as it’s just a few minutes walk to Pavilion KL area and a lot of nice cafe and restaurants around that area too. Will come back again next time!

There was a strange smell in the corridor, I think because of the weather, but it did not affect our stay or rooms at all. We took breakfast, which was fair

I only wished there were gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk; the manager was helping his colleagues, which was nice to see.   For sure, I will come back again to this hotel

Hotel that convenient to go around the KL area. There is foods stall, mall nearby just walking distance. The price is worth it.

In the middle of Pavilion and TRX, perfect for our trip. Just the parking lot not enough if there is an event happening there

Fantastic location close to LRT and MRT stations. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which was expansive, modernly furnished and stunning city views. Pool is amazing, again with wonderful city views, especially at night

The highlight for me was the Level 51 infinity pool — the night view was absolutely stunning, with the sparkling lights of the city skyline making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the sights

The rooms are spacious, with amazing views of KL. The 52 level infinity pool view was amazing overlooking KL tower and Merdeka 118. The breakfast lacks international options but was good as well

I recently spent two nights at this hotel for a staycation and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to KLCC, which made it so convenient to explore the area

Only criticism is that this place is so busy with only a small number of lifts so you often had long wait times but a minor inconvenience given how lovely the rest of the complex is

I like the rustic setup of the hotel. My room is spacious and quiet. Location wise can’t fault at all. Lots of massage parlours and eateries in the neighbourhood. Will definitely come back to stay

Great location for street food 5mins away. Very helpful kind staff. Great style of boutique hotel. Our room faced into the inner courtyard which is pretty but it meant it was a bit noisy for people going to their rooms.

Amazing hotel, very unique experience. I loved their breakfast (although choices were limited). They have an amazing Spa on site. It is one if the most unique looking hotels I've personally ever been at.

I stayed here for just under 1 month and was very happy. Clean, safe, homely and friendly staff. Especially the front desk manager, Jenny. Jenny went out of her way to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

The place is close to KL Sentral. Make sure that you bring all your own stuff , such as towel and so on. The hotel does not provide this kind of thing. If you want it, you need to pay extra for it.

despite all of the above, this place is comfortable and not noisy at all. the owner is kind, easy to check in and out. the bathroom is clean and has hot water, soap and shampoo

it's near the mall, the convenient stores, restaurants which also open 24 hours, mosque, and of course public transportation including trains, buses, everything

The doors have locks and there are lockers in the room. I was lucky to be the only person in the dorm during my stay. The location is perfect as it is just across the Metro station and minutes from China Town

The price on hostel well is very reasonable. The rooftop terrace is wonderful and green and very interesting design, plenty of space. There is free tea coffee and water, and I believe there is a self serve beer counter

The staff was very accommodating when I arrived. The AC is spot on, not too cold not too warm. The beds are nice and comfortable. The showers are warm and good pressure; the toilets are ensuite

we liked the quirky design, the perfect location (right opposite the metro), the comfortable bed, the social label rooftop and free tea, coffee and water.

Lovely location right by petaling market, free drinking water and a cute rooftop (only open to guests of the hotel btw!!) The room was lovely with a hot shower and ac and a very comfy bed

Worth with budget hotel for less tha 70RM

Everything is worth of money that I buy. The room is super simple, only bed, 1 chair and attached mirror, if you seek place for only sleep and keep your belonging it's good for you

The bathroom is share and has water heater, not too clean but someone like me who strictly to cleanliness could use, so it you may judge

There is pantry with water dispenser and microwave and public iron and ironing board

Lovely friendly helpful people in this Guesthouse, late check out, nostalgic atmosphere of past times, and cats 😻

Its is very nice and travel friendly hotel near China town. In the reception there is a man named Amir is ready to service your need. He is very polite and humble person

The hotel is not fully ready to accept customers, thus needs to improve on the hotel preparation (be more efficient).

The hotel quality is so good and the location is very close to Petronas Twin tower.

The amenities were disappointing, there were no mini fridge in the room, no toothbrush only one shampoo, one bath gel and two bath towels

Overall experience is great! Clean and cozy, convenient place with lots of restaurants nearby. Enjoy shopping in Midvalley Mega Mall. Midvalley mega mall is only 5 mins drive from here as well

I checked in a bit late at 9pm and got hungry but worry not theres a mynews, kk mart opens 24hour and an aunty shop at level 1 open till 12am where i get my late dinner there

The host is friendly as i need to extend my stay she allowed me to do that and she just deduct the amount from my deposit no extra pay needed which i am glad the most

It is very easy to get taxi as the taxi and bus stand just right in front the scott garden. The room rate is very affordable and value for money

Excellent value for money, but not suitable for families with children. I needed a gym and a pool, and both were available, which was great. A big plus is the nearby metro. The internet was good.

There is an easy access for people with disabilities. The wifi there is good but not free. They have somehow nice area and there will be a big mall soon there which is going to make the area very nice and crowded

It is almost to be identified as our own residence. Rooms are quite sizeable comparing to the rate we paid. The room furnishing is already obsolete in design but still excellent in condition
