The bathroom floor was incredibly dirty. When I sprayed water on it, grime started coming off. It looked like it had never been scrubbed. The drain was clogged, so water pooled when I showered

Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety. Overall, I was happy with the service and facilities. The only downside was the noise from nearby construction during the day, which can be a bit disturbing

& maybe also the hotel need to put up an explanation at the lifts that to use them, we need to tap our room keycard. (Was confused at first & had to help a few other guests who didn't know about it)

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent—close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable

Maybe the part we didn't enjoy is the location of the machine to read our card when we enter the parking area (sloping - too steep, should be a bit lower )

The hotel room looks old style & the furniture is old. Location not far to Bukit bintang but better grab taxi / Grab if want to reach faster. Fare may hike at peak hours like RM15 - 20/trip

Staying in a corner room with so many windows can see the surrounding area but the glass is dirty. Some curtains do not properly function near the bathtub but not goin to open it

Walking to Bukit bintang by foot for around 15 min as per google's map but it took me about 20 min - 30 min as navigation issues. There is a cafe just next to the hotel. Overall stay, manageable & still good

But it was so disappointing because the room service was bad. There were no towels, we had to ask for them several times

Cleanliness is acceptable but can be further improved as it is not easy to clean up this room due to the design setup. A bathtub just next to the bed doesn't really work for me

The hotel also has its own restaurant and a swimming pool, which are nice added perks — although I didn’t get the chance to try them. I would definitely come back again

Whether you’re visiting for a holiday or a business trip, the location works well. Right next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and a shopping mall, so getting food and daily essentials is very convenient

Regularly stay here but this time unexpectedly system maintenance in progress with very short notice given. I have to stay in the room without electricity from 10:00am after my morning run

A convenient stay, arrived on Friday when immediately later went up to the 3rd floor of the hotel for Friday prayer. Would be choosing this hotel again when I'm in the neighborhood.

There's also a walking street that closes at 10 PM. Malaysian restaurants are generally excellent and always a good choice; in my opinion, any of them would be highly praised

We did not use the hotel pool as the entrance is not comfortable for people with reduced mobility, but overall the hotel is great. We stayed in the room on 19 floor-fantastic views

We stayed at Verdant hill hotel for 5 days. Everything was great-the room, the breakfast and extremly helpful personnel at the reception. Convenion place of conditioner in the room, comfy bed

The room is big and clean. Amenities are provided and the staff is very attentive. The breakfast choice is many and delicious. Car park is free provided for hotel guest.

Great NYE countdown experience from Ascott KL. We could see the KL tower fireworks from pool area. However the KLCC fireworks was slightly obstructed from the pool area

Room was clean and spacious if you are travelling solo or couple. Hotel was just within walking distance to Berjaya Time Square and Pavillon Mall. Sungai Wang Plaza and Plaza Low Yat sits just opposite the hotel.

Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Exit A. Option is good for solo travellers compared to twice the cost of a taxi

There's a Bodhi Meditation located right at Flamingo Hotel! Always an amazing experience at Bodhi Meditation! A place to recharge and full of happiness. The volunteers here are incredibly friendly!

The room facilities are fantastic, very clean, and the service is excellent. It's just a 7-8 minute walk to Berjaya Times Square, and getting to the Petronas Twin Towers is also very convenient

The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Room is wide enough and real two beds room. Shower water is comfortable. Walkable to the Pavilion shopping mall, even thru the china town.

Rooms are extremely spacious and it is one of the cleanest service apartments that I've seen (little signs of wear and tear). Also, the lounge at the top level is a secret find, with a pool table that is free to use

It's a good hotel, combined with apartments, so you will see some rooms are not under hotel management. Cleanliness is OK, not too clean, not too dirty

It's also close to the city center, and there's a convenience store in the lobby downstairs. Toothbrushes are an extra charge, and you need to get a hairdryer from the front desk. I recommend bringing your own slippers
