Reviews
On the first day, I had a serious concern regarding cleanliness, as there was a cockroach in one of the bedrooms which I removed. While the staff offered pesticide spraying, this was not a practical solution during an occupied stay and highlighted a lapse in hygiene standards. The requirement for a security deposit was also unusual. Breakfast was served in an adjacent building, the Face Style, and was ok.
Overall, the stay was decent, but improvements in room standards and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience.
We enjoyed our stay overall.
This hotel is ideal for group travelers as it offers spacious rooms and plenty of common areas to hang out together. The e-hailing services around the area are also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city with minimal hassle.
For the price, I’d definitely say it’s value for money. The amenities were great, and the level of service matched the cost.
The highlight for me was the Level 51 infinity pool — the night view was absolutely stunning, with the sparkling lights of the city skyline making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the sights.

I recently stayed in an apartment at the Great Hotel and had an amazing experience. The highlight was definitely the stunning infinity pool — the views were incredible, and it created the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, it was a luxurious and memorable stay. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, style, and breathtaking views.
They to fix the problem with the deposit. Because I paid RM200 and they said to me than they will refund in 1 month I dunno if they will do.
But the common areas are nice. I didn’t know about the pool till last day, security in the pool should to be more. Polite. Because the guy it was there it was so rude.
Anyways the hotel is good the attention can be better, in case that I can visit again I will be happy to share my comment before leave.
I was happy there and everything is close
Is a great option if u wanna enjoy around KL downtown you don’t need to pay transportation you can walk from the hotel to pavilion or the Chinese place of restaurants.
The price are affordable not so high, but cheap is not.
Super important to download Grab App to take taxis from the hotel because you can save a lot of money.
Guys improve customer service is the key of success
Here’s why:
- It’s a fraud. They lie in your face. They advertise a gorgeous view from their infinity pool. Guess what? There’s just half of this view now. Petronas towers are completely covered by a new building. Meanwhile, the hotel keeps using the old pictures.
- It’s dirty. There was dry urine on the toilet seat. COCKROACHES. Entrance hall of the apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes. White furniture is now all yellow, handles are sticky.
- Uneven service quality: staff is generally nice, but no one answered our phone calls about the dirty toilet.
- Windows are not sound proof: 5 am call to prayer and traffic noises won’t leave you any chance for a good sleep.
- Hot water ends very quickly. No nice long showers for you!
- Five star reviews are fake. Owners chose to pay “local guides” to post fake reviews instead of buying new furniture for the rooms…
I hope you won’t be as naive as we were. Dishonest businesses shouldn’t prosper on lies. Choose another hotel!
Suites themselves are fine. Fairly roomy but a bit worn. Ours had a sink sprout a link which they couldn't fix.
The check in was puzzling long and the elevators are pretty disastrous for wait times.
I think taking your pictures and getting out is the right strategy, but to each their own! The location is actually not bad but I would probably not stay here again.
