Fantastic hotel! It's quiet and comfortable. The infinity pool is absolutely perfect for photos. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant offers a great variety of dishes.

Enjoyed my stay here! Room was comfy and had everything you need. Breakfast was amazing. infinity and Wellness pool were definitely one of the main highlights of this hotel.

The blankets and pillows were delivered quickly, and the staff were polite. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers directly from the room, although a building obstructs part of the view, it's still quite stunning

I had a wonderful stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcomed

The location is excellent — right in the heart of KL, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and major attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local and international options

In short, it's not absolutely perfect, but the excellent soft services definitely make up for some of the minor hardware shortcomings

I initially thought the location was a plus, but then I encountered a music festival. Roads around the hotel were blocked or jammed, and even getting to the subway station was a chaotic mess of people

The Ritz-Carlton in Kuala Lumpur city center is only about a five-minute walk from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a walk-in closet

This feels like the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the location is excellent too. The butler service is incredibly thoughtful; they even bring your luggage right to your room door and are very polite

They provide four bottles of mineral water daily. Housekeeping and turn-down service are offered every day. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and happy to help

There are also staff at the front desk who can communicate in Chinese. The Ritz-Carlton in Kuala Lumpur offers great value for money and is highly recommended!

I stayed with family for 5 nights and enjoyed the good services, food at this hotel and swimming pool. Staff were polite and serve you with a smile

The night view of the Petronas Twin Towers was amazing! They also added an extra bed, which was a nice touch. Check-in was on the L floor, right at the top, and there's a separate elevator to get to the rooms.

The room was spacious enough, with a sofa bed, so three people could stay comfortably without needing an extra bed, and the kids actually preferred the sofa bed. Being on a higher floor, the view was great

You can enjoy a view of the Twin Towers from the 38th floor, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Pavilion and Suria KLCC, making it super convenient for getting around

Of course, having to transfer elevators in the lobby to get to the rooms was a slight inconvenience, but it didn't really waste much time and was totally acceptable

The lobby offers a direct view of the Petronas Twin Towers, and the tower-view rooms also boast direct views of the towers

We arrived at hotel almost 5pm. The receptionist said the premier room that I booked already fully booked. I insisted the king bed room & she give me free upgrade to executive room with side twin tower view☺️

This hotel is truly “old but gold. ” The service, facilities, and room quality are all very good. My room was connected to the swimming pool on the second floor, making it very convenient and easy to access

There are three different swimming pools available. Valet parking is provided at RM40 per day. The hotel is located near Pavilion and is within walking distance

The breakfast had a great variety, and I even tried a yogurt that made me question everything (maybe it wasn't yogurt after all!) – but overall, it exceeded my expectations! If I ever do a deep dive into Kuala Lumpur again, I'll definitely choose this place

The room is huge & comfortable. It is quiet & we have a good sleep during the night. Minus cause doesnt have cheese section. Hotel is walking distance to Pavilion Bukit Bintang. I love the traditional vibes of this hotel

There is a underground station. It is very convenient. The room is small, but very convenient. There is a couch in the room and comfortable bad.

Stayed at ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park for a day during my visit to Kuala Lumpur, and overall it was a pleasant experience

The hotel's location was a bit more out of the way than I expected; it took quite a walk to find it after getting off the metro/light rail. The path to the hotel was a bit roundabout

Very well equipped room and luxurious though some guest s may find the room and corridors a bit dark due to the dark wood furnishings. Infinity pool & gym looked nice (did not use)

The mall itself is incredibly lively, especially with the Chinese New Year atmosphere in Malaysia right now – we never got tired of watching the lion dances every day! As for the hotel, it's perfectly fine, nothing outstanding but no complaints either

We booked 2 room but one room with bad smell. Hotel car park signage not clear as we park at hotel side we don’t know need to pass another barrier end up Cause us pay total RM52 parking fee.

Stayed at this hotel for the New Year countdown. Overall, everything was good, and it was very convenient to return to the hotel after the countdown. The only downside was the water pressure, which could be improved

The entire room, upon entry, immediately greets you with vibrant green wallpaper and excellent natural light. The hotel bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were on the firm side

The seafood was all VERY fresh and clean and rest assured, more than enough for everyone as the staff keep topping them up. The king crab legs were nicely cut and all you gotta do is just peel them open

This time, the room was the best one I've had so far! I really enjoyed my stay. I felt like the quality of the cake had gone down a bit, but I'd still love to stay here again next time.

The Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund, much like The Fullerton Hotel Sydney (originally the General Post Office), features both a new and an old building, and both are located in the absolute heart of their respective cities! Unfortunately, the old building doesn't allow extra beds, so we had to stay in the new building

Hotel Majestic Kuala Lumpur is truly a charming place to stay. One of its biggest highlights is the convenient location, with easy access from KTM Kuala Lumpur and just around an 8-minute walk from MRT Muzium Negara

Beautiful hotel. We had a 15th floor Junior suite Staff were friendly and courteous. Only had breakfast but couldn't fault it.

It is also within walking distance to Muzium Negara, making it perfect for both leisure and short city trips. I especially loved the ambience of the hi-tea lounge, which was elegant, cozy, and perfect for relaxing

My room was comfortable and came with a large bathroom, plus a lovely view of KL that made the stay even more enjoyable. It was a memorable experience, and I would happily stay here again

the staff are friendly & they remember you; they’re polite & very helpful! I love coming back every time! Not to mention the room is spacious, the bathtub is great, the showers are good & the bed! & for some peace, with great cocktails, the smoke house!

And In the shopping mall next door you could use the subway. And we also used the swimming pool

They provided accurate instructions and directions when I asked them about the toilet, convention room, parking, and where the smoking area was. This made it a lot easier to walk around the place

If I had not gotten some guidance, the place would have been a bit confusing and complex to navigate. The lobby and the conference rooms were clean and have the hotel smell, which is nice

Although the hotel isn't brand new it is still a very good place to be. We arrived a bit late (2300) as our flight was delayed. The staff was still there and very friendly

When we opened our curtains in the room we saw the twin towers with all the lights on and very nearby

We did intend to visit the city centre only for 1 day but it was all so nearby and beautiful that we stayed 2 extra days. The Twin Towers were about a 5 minute walk or so

The hotel also has dedicated luggage handlers, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Comfortable hotel for 3 night stay. Food quality good. Attentive staff. Didn’t use the pool but it looks nice.

Spacious room with beautiful city view. the pool is nice with a view of tall buildings. the staff is friendly & very helpful. strategic location, 5 minutes to pavilion mall, 15 minutes to klcc

Thank you for the free room upgrade! Room was huge with dated furnishings, but all was very clean. management might want to consider to refurbish as the doors and furnitures have signs of aging with chip offs etc

Complimentary breakfast had a good buffet variety with fluffy croissants and egg counter. Parking was complimentary too, just beware of the carpark as it's quite tight for modern day cars

Amazing stay at Furama! Love the facilities and the coffee machine in lobby. Location was a bit sketchy as surrounded by main roads /highways but could navigate around these in the end

However, the hotel provided drinking water dispensor next to the lift, and 2 bottles of drinking water. There are 2 problems in my deluxe king room

The hotel do not provide free parking for their hotel guest but they said if you parking for overnight, 2 nights or 3 nights they will grant you a flat rates of RM 10

Reception staff is efficient and friendly.  Room is clean , aircon good . Aircon can do with some maintenance as the red light is blinking.  Location is excellent.

The hotel only provide one pillow for single bed and 2 pillows for double bed. I can stay at this hotel again if the price is low for short stay

It is beside ICC Pudu which is many food hawkers for rating and inside the hotel building there is The Store Supermarket and many others shops

This is a luxurious hotel well located in the heart of the city. Close to shopping, offices and city park Hotel Buffet breakfast was sumptuous

I love it. I was surprised that the friendly hotel staff allowed me to check in early before 2pm. The room was nice and i enjoyed my sleep here. Wifi also good. The only thing to improve is the TV channel selection.

You'll need to bring your own universal adapter. It's just over 100 meters to the Petronas Twin Towers on foot. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's very convenient for attractions and the subway

The only feedback I have regarding the room is that since there was no need to insert a key card (I’m guessing it uses sensors),so it felt a bit odd when the lights completely turned off while we were in the toilet for a while

My first choice of hotel accommodation whenever travelling to Kuala Lumpur. l will be back to stay at this hotel again next month

The only downsides are that the hot water can sometimes be a bit unstable and the facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's quite good, and the cleanliness is also acceptable

the hotel building has been around since I was in middle school back in 1994. so imagine how old is the building. however, i think the hotel is currently upgrading it's service and rooms. room, linen and towels are clean

it has all the necessities needed and more. i was surprised with the price paid, this is a very good value hotel food is okay, breakfast spread is same everyday

receptionist was friendly and concierge was helpful in finding the nearest cake house. parking is a bit tight especially those with big cars

Great location, with tons of food options right outside the door. The environment is decent, and the facilities are standard. Over a thousand a night including breakfast, and they actually offered a complimentary dinner

The way to parking is a bit complicated but the parking fee is RM10 per stay (it is cheap compare to other hotels). The valet/security are very polite and always greeting us every day

The room is spacious but we did not get the capsule coffee on our second night. Perhaps now is low season so we were few of the Asian customers, all other guests were from oversea

The location is fantastic, and the room itself is very clean, spotless, with a super comfy bed. It only lacks a mini cooler fridge. The water pressure is very good

I wish they had some fried noodles; it was mostly Western and local dishes. The gym is good, and the rooftop bar on Saturdays with happy hour is a great deal!
