Nice stay at hotel that provides free parking. Location is about 20mins walking to Jonker walk. Only issue was central aircon, which was not cold and not well maintained.

Overall, it was good, but there are a few areas that need upgrading. They only gave one key, and when I requested an extra one, they asked for a RM20 deposit, even though the room deposit was already RM100. There was a TV with a channel list, but none of the channels worked. When I asked, they said it had just happened and would be fixed soon. However, I stayed for two nights, and there were still no channels to watch the entire time.

Room floor not clean same goes to bathroom wall and floor... I single bed not clean... Got hair on top the blanket...

Kami book with breakfast. Bilik sangat selesa dengan harga yg sangat berpatutan. Would love to extend our night, but we really have to go back. As for the buffet breakfast, the food was great. Comes with many choices. Our elders really enjoy the food.

Next time dtg melaka, nak repeat lagi hotel ni!

I booked the hotel but unable to use on the booking day. Request to change the date a week later but was denied.
This is the worst hotel with poor services and decision making.
In fact if they allow to let me make the changes, they will make an extra day of booking which I had intended too.
I will never book this hotel again as there are so many choices in Melaka.
