SCAM!! CAREFUL SCAMMERS!
I booked from Agoda for a few nights. Got there they say I have to pay “foreign” tax. 3 RM per night, he shows me a sign, the sign says 2 per room, not even per night. I say I’ll pay later, when I’m checking out he asks for FORTY RM. 40!!! Careful with this scammers, they will say is not a scam, but it’s 100% a scam! This hotel IS A SCAM. O stayed in 5 cities and 6 hotels in Malaysia, this was THE ONLY ONE this happened. Also the Wi-Fi is terrible

BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS!
They make you pay extra money for your stay after you booked online, claiming it's "tax". They are the definition of SCAMMERS. Be careful, for the scam they get out of you, you get a 4 star hotel instead of that terrible hole.

Spent a night here because most hotels were sold out/not available. Got the family room for around RM228, for 2 king beds and 1 single bed.

Room was very spacious, with 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. Equipped with 3 air conditioners (mildly functional i would say), and also 3 wall fans if AC are not too cold. Fridge and TV also included.

Ok laaaa... for a short vacation—only RM 60 per night, but u need to bring ur own soap and toiletries. The place is pretty basic, just somewhere to sleep, but still better than camping in a tent.

Went here with my little family

Location : 2/3 quiet but not very far from city,
Parking : 2/3 lots street parking
Toilet : 1/3 look old and not clean, (got bidet)
Overall Hygiene : 1/3 Bad and throughout the hotel and hotel room have this cigarette smell.
Bed : 2/3 can sleep but Got this one medium size hole on my bedsheet, not sure what the reason... could be insect could be people doing...

overall for this hotel with its price is 1/3 , will not come again here as there many more good hotel to choose around this area. Plus the cigarette smell is very deal breaker for non smoker like me.

The house is old, the facilities are obsolete, the sanitation is not clean, and the service is not in place. For an hour in the morning, there was no service staff at the front desk and I could not check out.

the fish there is NOT FRESH! not worth for money! i would not mind if i would have to spend a little more for fresher fish..
and the beef, it's tough! like chewing a leather shoe lol..

Ordered a cheese chicken sichimi bento with side salads, sushi and miso soup. The chicken katsu was charred with a bitter taste. The side salad was bitter with tasteless dressing. The quality of food has been drastically decline after the last visit a year ago.
