The hotel is perfectly situated for watching the fire shows, and the direct access to the beach is very convenient. I liked that the pools are separated into adult and children’s areas, which makes the environment better for everyone.
While the general food quality was average, the restaurant on the first floor, LANCAVA, was exceptional. Their Wagyu steak is highly recommended. The staff are professional, though not particularly warm or friendly. Since it’s a popular spot for families, the hotel stays quite busy, and the breakfast buffet can get a bit crowded.
Thank you yumi and syamil from front desk for assisting to expedite and arrange my room since the initial room was not ready. Even though i got my room about an hour later from the time i checked in, the replacement room made it all worth the wait. Stunning views from room 738. Recommended hotel for a family trip with kids.

We were graciously upgraded to a stunning sea view room, and waking up each morning to those breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea was simply magical. The room itself was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. As if that weren’t enough, they also arranged a late checkout for us, which allowed us to enjoy our final day without the usual rush – such a thoughtful touch that made all the difference.
This trip was everything we hoped for and more. The combination of the beautiful property, excellent facilities, and most importantly, the genuine care shown by the staff made this our best getaway yet. ParkRoyal Langkawi has set the bar incredibly high, and we’re already planning our return visit.
