It was a wonderful stay even though for only a short stay. Nevertheless, the Rebak resort is perfect for a romantic place to relax and enjoy on this beautiful island..

Had a great stay at Rebak Marina . The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices and good quality food. Private island make it feels exclusive. Nice & spacious room. Kids enjoys the pool . What a memorable anniversary!

Rebak Island Resort & Marina, the sole hotel on Langkawi's Rebak Island, offered me an unforgettable vacation. If you're seeking a truly secluded sanctuary to connect with nature and escape the hustle and bustle, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The island's environment is simply breathtaking! Surrounded by refreshing scenery, there are plenty of trails to explore on foot. What surprised me most was the excellent ecological preservation here. The hotel even offers a guided one-hour nature walk every Sunday at 8:30 AM. Through this, I learned about many unique Malaysian flora and fauna – it was a truly valuable learning experience!

Beyond hiking, we could also cycle. The bay where the hotel is situated is also a significant stop for global sailing, adding a special maritime flair to the entire resort.

What truly warmed my heart during this trip was the hotel's service. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and I sincerely thank them for that! Our package included dinner, and breakfast was a standard buffet with a wide variety of choices. The dinner menu also offered excellent selection, and both the taste and service left us very satisfied.

Even better, despite being on a private island, transportation to and from the mainland was absolutely no issue. There are several complimentary shuttle boat services daily, making it very convenient.

Of course, even in a perfect experience, there were some things to get used to.
1. **Soundproofing in wooden villas:** The hotel rooms are older-style wooden villas, usually two stories. If you stay on the ground floor, you will indeed hear the footsteps of guests upstairs quite clearly.
2. **Monkey neighbors:** Because the island's ecosystem is so thriving, we had quite a few monkey neighbors! Everyone needs to be extra careful and remember not to leave your room door open, otherwise, they might come in and "steal" your food.

**Summary:**
Putting aside the soundproofing of the older villas and the "mischief" of the little monkeys, Rebak Island Resort & Marina earned my highest praise for its unparalleled natural environment, rich ecological activities, and thoughtful, attentive service. It was a soulful journey back to nature!

Initially we are curious because we never been outside the langkawi mainland. In our trip here, i think we are the only malaysian there, but the hospitality given to us both were beyond words. Amenities, room, location and food were perfect. For a nature lovers like us, i think is good place to run away from busy life in city.

Just be aware with the boat schedule, and plan your trip ahead. You can stay in the island whole day, but its depend on your type of holiday that you seek.

Great Place! I had such a good time there. View from balcony was amazing. You need to know that especially on friday you hear/see a lot of planes due to the location nearby the airport, but on other days way less planes and really relaxing

The room was just okay, feeling a bit dated with poor soundproofing. The views were great, and we even saw monkeys! There's a beach perfect for a leisurely stroll and taking photos. Breakfast was average, and the food selection was quite limited.

This place is definitely a yes for travellers. Jetty is the usual mode of travel do a fancyy, breakfasts are good. We had a movie might during our stat set up just best to the beach, was killer. You can do cycling, there are buggies for internal travel again bit fancyy and you can just chill by the pool with a bar that serves liquor’s and with bar stools that are on the pool itself. Good experience.
