From reception to housekeeping and security, everyone does their job very well. We thank them all very much. The room has everything you need; there's bottled water, tea, and coffee daily. We were very satisfied and extended our stay twice more. We recommend it. The cleanliness is good, but because it's an older hotel, the cleanliness isn't always noticeable. It needs renovation. If we come to Kuala Lumpur again, we will stay at the same hotel.

This is a great budget-friendly option in a super convenient location in central Kuala Lumpur. We loved being able to walk to nearby attractions, shopping malls, and the LRT station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the building is a bit older and there isn't on-site parking, the overall value and service make it a good choice for travelers looking for a central and affordable base.

The staff on duty are very user-friendly, the hotel is strategically located in KL city, the price is reasonable and it is easy to get a vehicle like grab or maxim.

Oxtails soup is nice, taste like carry, medium sizzling rib eye beef with brown sauce, nice! The best is the lamb shank, sweet & yummy!

A nostalgic restaurant, old but clean and well maintained interior. The food here still have their authentic taste since the days of yester years. Always nice and decent taste and reasonable serving potions and the pricing hardly hiked, just a bit. Love this place and the food and friendly staffs... a rare package nowadays.

We were there because my dad wanted to experience the nostalgic ambience. We'd been to their outlets in shopping malls, and we knew the food weren't superbly delicious. The same goes to this shop. The shop looks old and dusty. Some shop owners can really keep the old and nostalgic feel in a clean and bright way, but it definitely isn't the case.
We walked over from Sogo and I hope for a cooling restaurant but it wasn't the case. The shop is stuffy and we were still sweating at the end of our lunch.
I gave it 3 stars because the shop employs retirees and people that are old but still want to and able to work. *Thumbs up*
