An excellent service provided, just need to improved the extra mattress because you can felt the spring while on it.

Great location, within walking distance to attractions. The hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. However, the facilities are a bit dated. The shower doesn't have a door, so water splashes everywhere when you use it. Other than that, it was fine.

Our stay was awesome. Hotel is well kept & staffs are friendly. Of cos will visit this hotel again for sure. Stayed at Room 703. Just infront of the lifts. Eateries were many ard the Prescott hotel. Mamak stall are so many too ard the vicinity . Hotel food are nice !! Front desk are awesome . See you again soon Prescott 💖

Location is around 5 to 10 mins walk from lrt and monorial station. Many eating places around the hotel.
Check in and check out is fast and no deposit is required. Room is actually as show in the photos. All inside the room is working well. It is not a high class hotel look but everything is in good order. Coffee tea is provided. Mini fridge and a safe in the room too.

A strategic location in kl city centre. However the reserved room was quite dirty with few strands of hairs on d bed and vanity table. Not sure whether the bedsheet was replaced before or vice versa. Management to improve d cleanliness.

For this price, you absolutely won't find a better option in central Kuala Lumpur. If you don't need a pool or gym, this place is perfect. It's super close to shopping malls and the metro.

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend trip to KL. the hotel is 5 min walk from the monorail in a quiet part of town. Close to Bukit Bintang and KLCC. Some older malls near by with good eating options and a convient 10 min ride to Bukit Bintang. It is also close to the merchant’s lane with cafes and bars.
The hotel itself is very dated but it is well maintained. Though one can see the age for sure. Bring ear plugs if you are bothered by the call for prayer. Can hear it (very short one) around 4, 5 am.
Staff were lovely and very helpful. A good option if you want a cheaper stay in KL.

Very accommodating with clean and spacious room. Friendly front desk staffs. Nearby a few eateries place and latest Pak Punjabi restaurant serves good nan better than Saddam.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Big toilet. Good location. However hot water shower was not hot enough.
Amenities lacking some basic items like toothbrush or bar of soap.
Smart tv can watch youtube but no hotel channels.
Other than that is ok.

One of the better Halal Chinese place in Klang Valley. However I really dislike the female manager (the one who has huge hair like a bird's nest). She is very rude to patrons, very very rude UNLESS if you're either a young or middle-aged men. She tends to flirt with them and service is better too. Whenever our group has a male, that's when we get better service. The sad thing is we have nobody to complain to since she's the highest ranked person taking care of the place. The place would be better off without this rude bitchy woman. Yes be prepared for her to throw dishes on your table with a loud bang!

As for dimsum, I will not recommend siu mai or char siu bao, as it tastes nothing like what it should be. Order anything else but dishes that should originally be pork dishes (eg. prawn dumpling, prawn rice rolls, cod fish, porridge, bean curd roll)
