The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is right in Bukit Bintang, so it is very convenient for shopping, food and getting around. That said, the area gets extremely crowded, especially on weekends. At night, the back lane near the hotel, which is close to some low-cost housing, tends to have groups of foreign workers hanging around. It generally feels safe, but some guests might feel a little uneasy.

The hotel itself feels dated and cramped from the moment you step into the small lobby. We booked a small windowless room with a double bed since we were only staying for one night. Space was very limited, and the air conditioning was not cold enough to keep the room comfortable. Only one pillow was provided, and it was quite high and hard, which made it difficult to sleep well.

The bathroom was another downside. There was visible mold on the shower door and walls, along with a musty smell even though the ventilation fan was on. The hallway is narrow and the walls are thin, so we could clearly hear people talking loudly outside early in the morning. The room doors are fitted with an alarm that rings if not shut quickly, so you can hear it going off when other guests return late at night.

Considering the price, it does not really feel like good value for the overall condition and comfort level. There is also no sheltered drop off area in front of the hotel, which can be inconvenient when it is raining. If you are mostly out and just need a place to sleep for a short stay, the location works in your favour. For a longer stay, it would be better to book a more comfortable room option.

For reference, check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12 noon, or latest by 1pm. A RM50 cash deposit is required upon check in, and a RM50 charge will be imposed for early check in.

It’s Hotel from hell next door there is non-stop constructions seven days a week with strong drilling and banging early in the morning and all the way through the evening. There is no hot water is the worst place to stay in Kuala Lumpur particularly in this area unless you enjoy noise and lack of sleep

The hotel's location is convenient, right next to the central business district. The service was friendly, and I was able to leave my luggage at the front desk since check-in wasn't until 3 PM, and the room was still being thoroughly cleaned for the next day. However, my room faced a construction site. The noise from the machinery started very early every morning. As a place for travelers to rest after a long day, noise, dust, and the construction environment really impact the overall travel experience and satisfaction. So, unfortunately, I was not happy with the room itself.

The hotel's location and service were great, but the room layout and size were terrible, and the cleanliness wasn't good either. However, communication with the staff was excellent; they were very proactive in resolving any issues.

Great location, spacious room and toilet, a shared water dispenser right at the lift lobby is so convenient. Adequate cleanliness and pretty tidy but not perfect tho for a large room there is no mini bar fridge as I've been to a more budget hotel around the same area with a fridge and microwave too. Would still recommend 👍

The location is excellent, with a lively area around it, perfect for both shopping and night markets/late-night snacks. Locals did mention that the safety and environment of this commercial district need a bit more attention. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel lobby is beautiful, but the room cleanliness was just average. Basic toiletries weren't provided, and power outlets were very scarce. The most problematic thing was that a fluorescent light was used as the night light and stayed on all night; it couldn't be turned off. If you're sensitive to light or a light sleeper, be aware of this. There was basically no service during the entire stay. I also had to pay a 50 MYR cash deposit upon check-in.

The place is super convenient l. Really walking distance from Bukit Bintang mrt/lrt. A lot of tourists attraction are located there, so it is really accessible.

Decent stay from a 3 star hotel. Water cooler and iron board provided at every floor at the hallway. Downside is it does not provide a mini fridge. Other than that, all good. Satisfied with the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Don't fool people with your name. What you are selling is not Hainan Tea. Not even close. Taste more like mud water with sugar syrup!

Service was horrible, no one to receive us or show us where to sit. No waiters during the meal.

This historic place reopen with the same revolving restaurant . Be careful as you will feel dizzy as the movement is quite fast. Good is excellent and in good proportion too

Wow, I visited this place during my visit from India this summer. This is a one of a kind restaurant in KL. The restaurant revolves slowly and one can get an awesome view of KL, since it is situated at the 18th floor of Federal Hotel. A must visit in KL!

Came here on a Saturday night for dinner.

Pro: It's a revolving restaurant. The floor moves around giving patrons a 360° view of Kuala Lumpur. Food is decent though nothing to boast about.
Con: Service is slow. Took a little over am hour after ordering for our starters to arrive. Even though the food is decent, it tastes like something we can get out of a cafe instead of something from a trained chef. Basically, the taste doesn't justify the price. The moving floor may actually nausea if you're prone to seasickness.

All in all, you're basically paying for the view since it's a decent place to enjoy the view of Kuala Lumpur and the food is just normal.

Haven't came here for a long time and finally gets to make a trip here. The environment is great with the restaurant revolving but everything else was really bad. They serve us stone cold and rock hard bread. We ordered a red wine but the red wine glass turns out looking very funny and small. My family and I ordered lamb and beef but nothing was good. The outer layer was burned and the inner layer is RAW. Not rare but raw. The worst experience I've ever had. Never gonna come anymore and strongly recommend nobody to come here anymore.
