Strategic location — easy to find, close to many shops and restaurants.

Easy parking & wifi available.

Noisy / lack of soundproofing — sounds from outside or next room can be heard clearly. The sound of the shower @ toilet from the next room is very disturbing especially at night.

The room size is quite small and only basic facilities (no elevator to the 1st floor, so it's difficult to carry a lot of luggage/bags).

Iron & ironboard facilities should be provided in the room, very inconvenient to iron clothes outside the hallway.

Clean and simple but with Coffee and Biscuit for midnight or morning snack. Not bad for a budget Hotel at this price range. Will stay here again for sure..

rooms floor - dusty, comforter & comforter cover got blood stain, phone intercom not working have to call reception by own hand phone to get comforter change , shower water pressure - low & room is not sound proof - can hear loud vehicles noise outside. got no choice but stay since almost midnight.. overall, never come back again
