Unexpectedly, this hotel is very strategic and close to night culinary spots. The room is also quite comfortable

wifi is very unstable here. Either lags or super slow so its not advisable for those with work from home arrangement. The hotel is right in front of the jalan imbi which is a severly traffic area. not good when booking grab as they have to make a lot of u turns to get to you. Overall if food is your main itenerary this would be a convenient location as most michelin style resto are very walkable from the hotel

Location is good. Mid-way between the Bukit Bintang and TRX MRT stations. Close to all major shopping centres. TRX Exchange, Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10 Sungei Wang and Pavilion.

We were attending concert at Mega Star Arena. This hotel has great location just by walking distance 200meter (5-7mins) to the Mega Star, Sungei Wang. So we dont have to think about parking and going back home late at night

Room pretty clean and the front desk service staff are friendly and professional in terms of handling customer.
Need to improve the bathroom water heater are inconsistent sometimes too hot and some times too cold.
Overall nice hotel to stay and convenient for shopping and looking for local food.

I was here for lunch buffet. about 50dishes. it was nice, the place was spacious. We were seated in a more private area to celebrate a birthday. staff are friendly and attentive. food taste good. alcohol served.

Breakfast was at Shook. The spread of the breakfast is nice. There is a nice freshly squeeze juice bar. The egg dept do have egg benedict. Overall good breakfast area.

My first time having Lebanese middle eastern food. The food was quite yum. That garlic sauce that came with the chicken kebabs was dynamite. Overall service was decent. Restaurant appears to be quite clean. Price wise a bit on the pricier side but well worth it.

Tasty lamb and generous portion of food. The place is very nice! But the staffs were kinda rude to me, they seemed much more friendly to the Arab family that arrived after me LOL

I think this restaurant same all restaurant may be little up but price almost same because i try many place for food i see some of foods price little up but more than it is normally not be expensive, so result this restaurant good very good
