Scam hotel and looks like lucky escape from the recent reviews.
I called the reception and no response, working hours start at 9 AM!
I asked for desserts or fruits, and they told me to wait for the next buffet meal nothing was available to eat !
I requested a buggy to collect something from my room before leaving for diving, and the restaurant staff took me in a food buggy!
The location was perfect, but I never expected a 5-star resort to have such a poor level of service.
Also the meals are terrible everyday same meal and there is no other activities to do during stay. This is not a 5 star hotel can be are 3 star or even low.
What is heard was this was used to be a top 20 hotels in Maldives before 2 years now it’s terrible.
If you plan to book think twice.
Last but not least Maldives itself, the white sand and blue water and spakling under-sea life is breathtaking, therefore it is even a bigger dissapoint to stay in a hotel wich is not harmonised with the surrounding.
