We recently stayed in the 2-bedroom villa with open sea view, and it was simply fantastic. Both kids and adults had an unforgettable time splashing in the pool, snorkeling, watching dolphins, and unwinding in luxury.

Standout Highlights
The Club Lounge: Our absolute favorite spot, especially for its unbeatable sunset views. Gift and Emy provided exceptional personalized service, while the chef prepared mouthwatering breakfasts every morning that started our days perfectly.

Activities & Staff Excellence: The resort's activities were top-notch, and the Sunset Dolphin cruise provided us with dolphins right at the sunset - that was magical! Rawah was going above and beyond to handle all our requests. He also helped me to organize a magical birthday day for my husband, complete with thoughtful touches that made it truly special.

Dining Delights: Bluefin emerged as our top restaurant for its fresh seafood and inventive dishes, but the food quality was great across the board.

We cannot wait to come back as this place delivers on every family luxury promise.

One Minor Hiccup
The only weak point was arrival: no warm welcome and a 40-minute wait outside the airport before boarding the boat. A smoother transfer would make it flawless.

Overall, 4.9/5 stars – highly recommended for families seeking Maldives magic!

I had a really nice experience at this restaurant. Food was very good and you can see they care about details. Service also was good and team friendly. Special thanks to Chef Hassan, very respectful person and professional. He knows about all food allergies on the buffet and explain everything very clear, honestly I didn’t see this level of care before. Also Chef Lalit doing great job and very helpful. And Chef Novi making one of the best pasta I tried, really tasty and fresh. The place is beautiful, buggy sometimes a bit slow but its ok. Overall the place is amazing and island is close to airport which is very good. I’m really happy with my experience.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom over water villas and the room was just perfect. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and were always spotless! Fantastic atmosphere, the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Incredible stay - we had the time of our lives, no exaggeration. Shaiha, JK and Dyksha were all fantastic. The entire staff was just amazing. The location is pure paradise, never before have I taken that many pictures of just water. The food was delicious every day no matter where we had our breakfast, lunch or dinner - all restaurants were superb!

We visited Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives. Our stay in the Maldives was elevated to an entirely different level thanks to our incredible guide Hassa. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, handling every detail with warmth and professionalism. What truly stood out was his attentiveness without ever being intrusive. Whether it was arranging seamless transfers, organizing excursions, or anticipating our needs before we even voiced them, everything was executed flawlessly. Communication was always smooth and prompt, and no request ever felt like too much trouble. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such a personal touch, Hassa did exactly that. The kids loved his humour and kindness! He ensured reservations at Blue Fin was daily abd made them in advance. He picked up our kids and took them for ice-creams, ezone , or just looking for sea life while my husband and I could enjoy some alone time at sunset bar. Our holiday felt effortless, relaxing, and truly special. I would highly recommend their service to anyone visiting the Maldives—it made all the difference! The Villa’s are next level ❤️ Thank-you Centara Grand for memories that we will cherish forever ☺️

Our stay at centara was beyond what we expected when we booked the hotels as a new property its as perfect as ever the locations the wide variety of restaurants the quality of service its the best the sunset social and bluefin is unique and nice special thanks to aldi and our room cleaner raai as they are attentive and the best and also the guy we met infront of the room who took us pictures of us for us we couldn’t catch his name but he was very friendly i belive he is from housekeeping .
