I’ve stayed at One&Only Maldives three times, and it remains one of my favourite resorts, especially when travelling with children.

The short and easy boat transfer from the airport makes a huge difference and takes all the stress out of arrival.

The service is truly outstanding — the team consistently anticipates your needs before you even have to ask.

With the upcoming renovation, the resort is set to become even better, and I would happily return again.

Our stay at One&Only Reethi Rah was, without a doubt, the most magical experience we have ever had.

The island is breathtaking, it is the people who truly make this place a paradise. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the team members who went above and beyond:

Hameed made our stay unique every single day. His attention to detail is world-class, but what touched us most was his dedication even at night, he managed to find solutions to a health issue we encountered, ensuring we were safe and cared for.

Hussain was the first face we saw at the airport and the last one to say goodbye. He ensured our experience was perfect from the very first minute we arrived, making sure we left with the same smile we started with.

Shimaan. A huge thank you to Shimaan, who took the time to stop his buggy and show us a hidden path to the beach for a more beautiful view we would have otherwise missed.

Arturo, picked us up with his buggy and with his surprising language skills and sense of humor kept us laughing.

Moe from the Dive Center showed us the most magical parts of the ocean. He was always kind, calm and paid so much attention to the little details and made sure we felt completely taken care of underwater.

Zyann stood out for his genuine kindness. Whether he was serving us in different restaurants or introducing us to the local culture, he made every meal feel special.

This wasn't just a holiday, it was a collection of perfect moments! Thank you!

I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively and stay in some incredible places around the world. Even with high expectations, One&Only Reethi Rah stands out as the best hospitality experience ever.

While every element was flawless, the true highlight was the exceptional team. Mahmoud, Bindu, Sri, Hafeez, Matheen, Shabin, Shippe, John, Shuaau, Ibrahim, Janine, Nyoman, Raheem, Anissa, the whole beach club team, the whole housekeeping team, and so many others, made the experience genuinely unforgettable.

Where do we start, our stay at the One and Only was absolutely a slice of heaven. The staff were the most accommodating and friendly, they couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. The resort, the facilities, the restaurants were out of this world! A special mention to Eugene- our host- she couldn’t have made our stay any better, Abdul gadhir, Aduham, Faiz and Isha waiters and waitresses were the nicest people and couldn’t of done enough for us. Larissa the general manager and Hussain the Airport manager were the kindest and most accommodating. Nothing was a big ask of them. We truly felt if we had to define paradise it would be our Stay at this resort.

The personal touch that each staff member provides is a credit to each and every one of you, we understand why guests returns time and time again.

We absolutly loved everything about our experience at Reethi Rah. Everyone who works there is so friendly, with a beautiful smile on their faces and making sure that your stay becomes a truly unique experience. The variaty of the food and restaurants is excellent and really good. We truly appreciated the privacy which each villa gives you, excatly what we were looking for. A little piece of heaven on earth. The lighting is soft and warm in the evenings, no cold LED lighting, which was much appreciated by us. The villas are very clean and have a nice setting. We definitly will go back to Reethi Rah.

We visited One&Only for the Halloween celebration, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. WE loved everything the people, the food, the atmosphere!!!! it was all wonderful.

It was raining when we arrived, but the weather quickly changed and the sun came out, which made the day even more special.

The Kidsclub team did an incredible job during the Halloween week. The activities were creative and fun, and my kids looked forward to going every day. The highlight for them was the Trick or Treat. They came back with lots of candies and BIIG smiles! They are still talking about the wonderful team: sorka , Gigi, Aeni, Glenda, and Manzel. Thank you all for making my children so happy and creating unforgettable memories for them.

I’d also like to thank the Water Sports team for their amazing work and friendly service.

Everything was truly PREFECT!!!!!

This was not our 1st time returning to the One & Only Resort Maldives, and once again, the experience exceeded all expectations. Each time we return, we are reminded of why we fell in love with this island in the first place. The stunning surroundings, the world class service, and most of all, the incredible people who made every moment so meaningful. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Manal, whose warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly special. Her thoughtful care and genuine hospitality never go unnoticed, and she always adds a personal touch that means so much to us. Also we would like to thank Carlo, Head of Executive Sales, for his worm welcoming. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction played a big role in making this trip seamless and memorable from start to finish that made us come back for the 3rd time. Even though we are back home, I still carry part of the Island with me (See Photo), and can’t wait to go back to this beautiful escape for the 4th time.

this is my 27th trip in the Maldives， I am a diver ，reef quality is very important for my liking， one and only was never on my radar，but partner picked the resort and we came. the biggest impression for this resort is privacy， you would feel alone most time when you walk the resort ，that's something Maldives lacks nowadays， almost all the resorts are packed with villas the service is also impeccable， fast buggy response，staff are very eager to help ， special mentioning of Ms Eugene， she has been a very wonderful host during our stay， she provided a level of service that strike a perfect balance between giving guests enough privacy and getting everything done， also our room guy Mr shafeeq is very professional to his word， not just cleaning but attention to detail. Dining somewhat didnt meet my expectation though， personally I wouldn't feel a big difference comparing to the 34 resorts I have been to in the Maldives.
