Awesome apartment..well stocked ... beautifully done. Lots of light and air. ACs worked well
We were 5 of us and it was perfectly sized for us..the transaction was very smooth. Location was great..close to the beach as well as good restaurants. The pool was also nice..large and well maintained. A couple of issues : our apartment owner did not provide housekeeping unless we paid extra- for 8 days it became a bit tough especially with all the sand we were bringing in from the beach. Secondly the mattresses could have been better quality.

Avoid at all costs! There's construction work going on in the penthouse, so there's noise right above the apartment from the morning onwards. It's therefore impossible to enjoy the penthouse during the day. Plus, the jacuzzi is dirty. And to top it all off, the penthouse isn't reserved for this apartment but is shared by two others. The kitchen is nice but impractical due to very few appliances. For example, there are no oven-safe pans or dishes. As for cleanliness... despite a very nice cleaning lady, it's not up to scratch. There are hairs here and there, a cockroach squashed against a wall, stains on the floor that won't come off... in short, they could do much better.

Great area, and everything was close by with Restaurants and stores . The host was a fantastic and a friendly person and made sure that we were comfortable . We enjoyed the apartment, and everything was clean, and the view was beautiful . Will definitely go back anytime !

The "non-smoking" apartment was dirty and smelled of cigarettes: odors, grease everywhere in the kitchen and on the dishes, large stains on the floor, and dirty sinks and showers.

We had no hot water during our stay. Despite our follow-up messages through Expedia's messaging system and an email reply stating that it would be fixed shortly, nothing was done: it's shameful to rent without hot water!
As for the amenities: very little crockery and not enough cutlery for four people, no salad bowl. The toilet seat was broken, some light switches were faulty. One of the patio doors wouldn't lock. Some of the air conditioning remotes were missing batteries.
The chairs were disgusting, covered in stains.
One of the bedroom walls was covered in blisters due to water damage.

Decent apartment. The kitchen was equipped with dishes. It would've been nice if they had provided salt, oil and some other basics. The apartment complex is near the beach but not on the beach, it's about a 10 min walk to the beach. The apartment is a bit dark and could use some lights and they could provide bigger and better blankets than the one small Mickey Mouse blanket that they provide (and it was the only blanket they provided for 3 people)!!!

Nice apartment. Very cosy, spacious and comfortable. All amenities were provided.
The apartment is near to pubs and restaurants as well as the beach.
The pool was great.
Privacy is guaranteed.
The host did his best to assure we had a pleasant stay.
I very much recommend Sugar Reef West Coast apartments.

Good location close to the beach. It has a swimming pool. Our unit is clean and very spacious. It is equipped with stove, oven, washing machine, fridge and microwave. I felt the place would look fresher with a paint job. It also needs minor repairs as the bathroom door frame has been damaged. One of the kitchen chairs broken. No spatula so flipping an egg was a challenge. However, these are minor and it's good value.

A very comfortable place. The host Cyran is a warm person and more than willing to help. He advised us well on the places to visit. The place is neat and clean and the pool is a welcome addition. The location of the apartment building is quite central with the beach just a short distance away.
We had an awesome experience. The car rentals are quite reasonable and no security deposits are required

The best place if you are going in Flic en Flac! The appartment is new, well equipt with all the things you need for pleasent stay. The pool is awesome and the owner of this appartment is very helpfull in everything! one little thing can be fixed and this is a wifi. We enjoy staying there, if we will visit Mauritius again, we will defenetly book Sugar Reef apartment!

Wow the place talks for its self. The pictures are what they are. The place has recently been built. Service was great. You could call the owners for anything. And they would assist as they live 3 mins away. Self contained everything you need is there from kitchen all round. Thank you for hosting us. Will be back
