Service was not up to the mark. The Dolphin bar staff was not helpful nor welcoming.

The hotel has beautiful and well-maintained green grounds. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is done daily. Every day, they restock shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, drinking water, tea, coffee, and sugar in the room. The food is repetitive every day, which quickly gets boring. For a 4-star hotel, I think the variety of dishes could be improved. The front desk staff are not very friendly.

Good hotel with beautiful territory. The first impression was excellent: we stayed for 1 night and decided to prolong our stay for 2 more nights. The room was nicely furnished, everything was clean and new. The breakfast was ok, nothing special .
The first disappointment we faced next day: our new room was of a higher category and more expensive. We got an extra bed, but there was no sun in the room because of the shadow of the nearest building. The TV, fridge, kettle, safe, chairs on the terrace were rather old-fashioned. There was a room with cleaning supplies near us and it was a bit noisy half of the day. We decided to go to swim, but the beach towels were finished and we have to wait for 10 minutes. Probably we were jusr unlucky, but the first impression was much better.

Wonderful hotel in Flic en Flac. The hotel has a large area with lots of greenery and two swimming pools. The rooms are clean, nice, and have everything you need. There's a good buffet with a variety of food and fruits.

The hotel's own beach is not suitable for swimming, but this is not a problem - it's a 7-10 minute walk) the food is delicious, quite decent, without much gourmetism. Lots of Indian influences in the cuisine. The service is excellent - the girl at the reception fulfilled an unusual request, solved everything, found everyone in a couple of hours and called them to the hotel right away (we had a photo shoot and we urgently looked for someone who could braid Afro-braids). The territory is very green, lots of birds. No bugs / cockroaches, nothing like that, everything is clean. The rooms are not new, but quite. A solid four!

Super, super beautiful hotel! Girls will love it! It is worthy of being the most beautiful sea in Maoqiu. Looking out from the balcony, the sea water changes from light blue to dark blue, comparable to Maldives. The beach sand is slightly inferior. It is not white sand. There are many small sand grains and broken shells. It is a bit prickly and you must wear shoes. The room facilities are very complete, and the bedding is very comfortable and soft. The only drawback is that some corners of the room are not cleaned well. There are a lot of old dirt, a lot of dust in the corners, and even the wine bottles on the wine cabinet are dusty.
