Well the welcoming wasn't inpresive the staff were friendly but with no interest in the visitors, need a lot of improvement when it comes to guests satisfaction. The bartender was great he interact with the guests and he is viby. Atmosphere were good and food for the day package wasn't impressive and the buffet was empty but no refilling those come last has basically no food. Tea time was the same. Anyway for the price once can't expect more

Great 3 star hotel fantastic location. Flicenflac so much quieter than if you go further north to troux aux biches..the rooms are comfortable..only ate breakfast here but was a substantial buffet..plenty of restaurants within a 20 .minute walk..a great carrefour supermarket about 30 min walk which was a nice beach walk. Probably my only negative and a suggestion..bar and restaurant at night on the weekends is very noisy so ask for a room.away from.them if that is a problem for you. I will be back loved it.

We recently stayed at Gold Beach and were extremely satisfied with our experience. It’s a smaller hotel with a lovely pool located right by the beach. You can enjoy the sunset directly from the terrace, which became one of our favorite moments of the day. Our room was wonderful, with a balcony where we spent many relaxing evenings. Housekeeping, especially Vijayen, was very attentive — the room was always clean, and all our requests were taken care of promptly. We had half board (breakfast and dinner), and the food was consistently delicious. Especially the dinners were very varied and flavorful, so we never even felt the need to go out and eat elsewhere. The manager, Dave, and Kumar took great care of us, always checking in, chatting with us, and surprising us with small gestures that made our stay even more special. Another highlight: you get sunbeds with umbrellas by the pool, and you’re also allowed to use the beach loungers from the neighboring hotel. Plus, everything is within walking distance — you can stroll to other beaches, and there’s a bus stop and a supermarket right outside. All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We chose it because we wanted a smaller, more personal place, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations.

My cousins and I booked for an all inclusive day package. The food was good, the staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. They even gave us a room to change. We enjoyed the pool, water activities and games organised by the hotel. Only thing I ca suggest is to have the dance floor a bit longer.
