The location is very good!
The beach has 4 umbrellas and 8 sun loungers from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. But no one warns that they're closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
The cocktails at the bar are good, but the breakfasts and dinners are disappointing. I've tried the menu a couple of times for lunch—they cook from the restaurant menu and it's delicious.
There's a supermarket nearby. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped.

The hotel is wonderful, in a great location close to the beach, grocery store, cafes, currency exchange offices, and souvenir shop. The staff is excellent; I've asked them many times with requests, and they've been helpful with everything. The rooms themselves are a bit tired, but everything is clean, cleaned every day, no complaints.

The hotel is two minute walk to the beach, surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly and helpful. I booked a club room which is spacious and nice. The breakfast was not great. Its options were limited, similar as continental breakfast. Because my dislike of the breakfast, I did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel. The shower curtain was very old with torn fabric and mold at the bottom. The owner/manager could have done a better job updating the facility and maintaining its tidiness. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Honestly, the hotel was much better than I expected.
At first, I was worried because of some negative reviews, but the reality was completely the opposite.

The hotel has a great location, close to Casela Park and most activities, especially water activities.
The room was comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning and a refrigerator, unlike a previous 4-star hotel I stayed in that didn’t even have a fridge.

If you’re traveling with family or want two rooms next to each other, I highly recommend rooms 134 and 135 — they are adjacent, and each room has its own balcony.
The swimming pool is wonderful, the beach is right in front of the hotel, and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Overall, a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Poor infrastructure, misleading photos no basic comfort. The pool is so tiny not as portrayed as photos. Staff not friendly at all, feels like a burden to them to do their job. Food quality is one of the worst like a pig cooked it. No basic entertainment, poor wifi, feels like an open air prison.

The food: one of the most disgusting food, tasteless, small portions. Only one entry per person, only one dish per person. Feels like charity. Took a honey chicken, was undercooked no flavour at all.

The hygiene: DISGUSTING, we opted to be seated inside however a staff named kushi insisted for us to sit outside in the garden in this excruciating heat. Once we received our starter, mosquitos was going crazy. They didn't even have a solution.

Update: My husband was not seated in the garden area, we opted for indoors, your staff told us to sit in the garden area to facilitate her work, we knew we would get mosquitos problem, stop bringing excuses take action.

We had booked a club room at Aanari and our stay was fabulous. The room was very spacious with all amenities, and the food was also very good. As a vegetarian couple we had requested them to add Indian foods to the breakfast buffet and they happily obliged with Aloo paratha and Poori etc. The parking is situated behind the hotel so kindly search the Mei Yan Restaurant parking and park the car there.
A few tips for improvement from our side -
1)The AC in the room is of insufficient capacity at 1 TR, it should be atleast 2 TR for the club size room to be able to cool it.
2)Bidet spray would be a welcome addition in the bathroom.
3) The glass door to the balcony must have a locking mechanism.
Apart from that we had no concerns, our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is generally not bad. But!
Some rooms lack balconies or terraces, and there's absolutely nowhere to dry clothes, only in the bathroom, which has no exhaust fan. If the windows face the parking lot, there's either a restaurant or a club there. On Saturday, the music blared until almost 5 a.m., rattling the windows. The service also leaves much to be desired. Face and hand towels were brought four times in two weeks. Otherwise, you had to constantly run and ask for them. Breakfast is rather monotonous, but you won't go hungry. Wireless headphones disappeared from the nightstand in the room. After three days of arguing, the management bought new ones.

I booked the room for the three of us to avoid a drive back up north in the rain. As such, I didn’t have any expectations beyond it being convenient. I’m happy to report we had a pleasant stay. Whilst the place looks a little tired in places, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was fresh. We used the pool a few times and it’s small but clean and well maintained. The aircon worked well in the room. Overall, a pleasant experience and we’ll definitely stay again.
