We got off to a poor start with some items in the room not working and some advertised features not there. We had to make several phone calls to reception and at one point had four members of staff in the room fixing and sorting things out…. the last thing we wanted after a very long travel day. This is a lovely hotel right on the beach and a short drive from a busy resort. Great hotel and super friendly staff with excellent service. Very considerate of guests especially families with children. Food was always good and amenities plentiful. Shower pressure and room fixtures / fittings are on point. Honestly can’t fault it , currently undergoing some works but honestly hasn’t impacted the stay at all and have barely heard them if at all.

Rating only for spa bought on a ticketing website. Hotel under renovation, so the spa relocated in two rooms. Only massages available, and complimentary access to heated pool. My cousins and I booked for an all inclusive day package. The food was good, the staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. They even gave us a room to change. We enjoyed the pool, water activities and games organised by the hotel. Only thing I ca suggest is to have the dance floor a bit longer.
