Minor details like safety box not working or warm water instead of hot. Staff is great! Camino Real is not on it’s prime but it was a very pleasant stay

No hot water, humid room and stinky bathroom. I expected a trusty brand experience and it was terrible.

Paid for an Executive Suite with jacuzzi .... absolutely no water pressure so the jacuzzi and the shower could not be used .... barely enough water in the sink to wash your hands ... and what very little water there was, was not hot, barely even luke warm .... Breakfast Buffet was excellant but not inexpensive .... overall a poor rating ... ... could have stayed at the Hard Rock for the same amount that we paid for the Executive Suite ....

How sad that a hotel that was a benchmark in all aspects is now so neglected. The carpets smell bad. Everything looks old, worn out and neglected. The bathrooms are poorly cleaned. Mosquitoes in the rooms, as well as a lizard. The safe is inoperative. The room doors are half-varnished because the sun has damaged them. The bathroom screen is dull from so much scale, the toilet paper is super ordinary.
The valet staff is inattentive and distracted.
I would definitely not go back.

I like everything about this place, is amazing to wake up surrounded by beautiful people and beautiful gardens
Something I did not like is you remove a beautiful tree outside la Huerta restaurant possibly today it was covered with those beautiful yellow flowers

Very old hotel with TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE.. the Air conditioning didn’t work even though I told them, they never did something, same with the hot water. Never worked.
