The hotel is in a good location, the new district is relatively safe, the rooms are relatively spacious, it is very close to the exhibition hall, there are shopping malls nearby, and travel is convenient

The only issue we came across upon check in is a cash only hold instead of a credit card. It was inconvenient as we had to go withdraw 3000 as a deposit for the room in order to check in

The most important thing was that the shower head was still the type that pointed straight down, which was very inconvenient for people who didn't want to wash their hair

The hotel has excellent service and customer care, is very well located and has everything necessary to receive tourists.

It is in a very good area.... Chapalita... Everything is nearby... Good food, drinks... the quality seemed very good.

Everything is very tasty on the buffet. And excellent attention. 100% familiar and recommended

They have a big closet, a desk and a bar (like a long table) next to your bed so you can put whatever you want. They give you soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, hot water

They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough

The hotel is clean, not noisy and the staff is friendly. It is already good but if you asked me what would you do to make it more than perfect, it would be to have a small fridge

Also next to the bed I didn't see a lot of plugs. But I was more than happy to stay there and I will stay again here. Thanks for your good service!

I booked a twin room, the bed was very big, it looked like a double bed. The hotel is also very close to the exhibition hall, about 10 minutes walk. There is a shuttle bus to the exhibition

The hotel is nice and the location is very good. It is very close to the exhibition hall and you can walk there if you don't bring anything heavy. The room decoration is average

Good, clean and sanitary, simple breakfast, there is a shuttle bus to the exhibition, just make an appointment in advance

There is a Korean barbecue across the road, which is recommended. Don't go to the other two restaurants, avoid them

Located in the center of the old city, next to the church and the square, there are a lot of people, there are a lot of homeless people at night, at the subway entrance, the personnel are a bit complicated, the room is quite large, the breakfast restaurant is on the 7th floor, you can overlook the entire city of Guadalajara, and appreciate the church up close, the lobby reception people can speak English...

Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find but generally great hotel.

The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good

Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon

It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, the One Hotel next to it is better than this one

Pros: Super close to subway line & Centro historic zone. Great for budget conscious traveller. If you pay this price for this location including free breakfast & pool, you need to accept the problems with the details

Perfect Vacations This hotel give us a clean smoker free.room and also provide us with a great breakfast variety. The service was excellent and we are planning to return soon. The room view was incredible, thanks again.

Circuit Assembly The facilities are adequate but dated. Free breakfast is nice. Beds take some getting used to. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast including fresh fruit. Clean (less the small stains). Shower water pressure & heat a/c worked well, not 'noisy'. Cons: Low quality internet, cuts in & out. Sheets have a few small stains

Desk staff not great with English, nor try hard to help you. The details of the establishment aren't taken care of, and there's many. Inefficient system for giving you your breakfast tickets

This hotel is on a great location, have access to many of stores and restaurant. This is not a luxurious hotel but a place to sleep. Nice to spend your money on adventures.

I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey

It's a nice, inexpensive hotel. Rooms are very small but clean. Close to the airport and a couple pubs near too. Tlaquepaque is near also. 5 minutes by car. Store and banks aee very close. On the whole, I reccomend it.

As a non smoker , I didn’t appreciated the smokers being at right outside at the main entrance every time we passed by.

Pros: Right across the street from the Expo for events! Local shopping and dining center “Plaza del Sol” is just around the corner! Pillow top memory foam mattress, A/C, decent shower pressure, hair dryer, Spanish cable television, free wifi, and secure free parking! Cons: only 2 electrical outlets in room, rooms are REALLY for 2 people max

The hotel is located next to the exhibition hall, so I booked this one. The hotel is average, and the food is okay. It's less than 5 minutes to the exhibition hall and about 40 minutes to the airport

It's quite good. It's very close to the exhibition hall and there's a supermarket diagonally opposite. The breakfast is also OK. You can have dinner at the hotel or order takeout. It's very convenient. Good review.

The hotel is pretty old, carpets have not been washed for years. Outside pool and jacuzzi out of service. Small pool is very cold to use, especially if you have kids

It is in walking distance of a large plaza shopping center with a new train station that takes you from one side of the city to the other. In addition there are numerous restaurants flanking the hotel

The Country Plaza Hotel is a slice of Mexico, not a branch of a US chain which you can find anywhere in the US. We have stayed there numerous times within the last 25 years and keep going back

The hotel is old but well maintained by a large staff of friendly, service oriented individuals. The morning downstairs restaurant (7AM to 12Noon) is excellent and the wait staff are friendly

Beds were very comfy, no issues with the wifi, and all of the food and drink items we tried were fresh and well-prepared from breakfast in the lobby-adjacent restaurant to small bites delivered to the pool

I also liked that even though the staff said the hotel was packed, we rarely encountered other guests which made our stay very calm and serene. The staff was super attentive to our needs and very helpful

The hotel has a pool but get ready to consider it more of a Polar dip as it is not heated and the sun does not get to the pool area which is on the main floor surrounded by buildings

Clean well kept rooms, great charm! Relatively quiet except for occasional nearby plaza construction and kids. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good, quiet and also charming

Biggest negative was no heating or fan ventilation, which wasn’t too necessary after opening window and leaving HVAC off…room temperature and extra blankets were sufficient for our family group

The Hotel Moreles is a gorgeous colonial building in the centre of town. During the time we were there the surrounding streets all seemed to be under construction, but that did not detract from the atmosphere inside

The next day we went on the lago tour which was very affordable and so great, this tour is offered by the hotel! The location is perfect! Do not hesitate and book now!

Hotel Santiago de Compostela is an incredible place to stay in Guadalajara. The location is absolutely perfect — close to the city center, making it easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites

They go beyond basic customer service and really make you feel cared for as a guest. The excursions offered through the hotel were also fantastic and fun. It made exploring the area easy and stress free

On the edge of the small square, within 5 minutes there is Hualong Chinese Restaurant, which is very good. The environment is also very good. The hotel itself is also good.

We had to close a tiny window vent that they keep open while not in use which makes sense but the double curtain helps keep it cool. Beds very comfortable and bathroom up to date! Thank you very much!

In a really good area sites wise, easy to get around and look at everything. The woman running the hostel is awesome, and there's a map of the best dites to help you make sure you see everything

However, the place itself is pretty simple and there's no privacy. It's clean, but uncomfortable, and I couldn't shower. Really go only if your looking for somewhere to crash imo
