It is no longer owned by Wyndham, I wish Google Maps would make the correction. They were bought out by Hilton. There was work happening in the hotel when we were there with cleaning and furnishings. We didn’t have any furniture in the entry room except for a desk in a large room. The couch and chairs were missing. It’s a great location though! I would consider going back even though I have a don’t rebook in the same spot rule.

The room was in very poor condition and noticeably dirty. The carpet was filthy, the walls were stained, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The shower in particular was dirty, old, and rundown, which made it uncomfortable to use.
We were also misled by the room description. The reservation was presented as a double bed, but in reality it was one bed meant for two people, which is not what was advertised. This felt like false advertising and created frustration upon arrival.
Overall, the hotel appears dated and poorly maintained, and cleanliness standards were far below what is expected from a Wyndham-branded property. The condition of the room did not match the price or the description provided at booking.
I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and honest advertising.

The staff was highly conscientious and professional. They assisted non-Spanish speakers very well. The breakfast included an amazing grab-your-own selection. The view from the breakfast/restaurant on the roof/terrace was amazing, with a few of the Castillo/castles visible. Every morning was amazing.

It's a good place to stay if you're looking for something affordable; the overall value for money is decent. However, the place is a bit old, the AC is noisy, and there's a slight odor in the room. As for breakfast, Chinese people probably won't be used to it.

I booked a room for my anniversary and couldn't be more annoyed, the hotel was under renovations and that was never advertised when we did the reservation. I bet the hotel will look pretty in the future but for me it was a terrible experience.

This hotel is not located in the best area of Polanco.
Another negative point is the breakfast. When it is included in the daily rate, it is quite poor. Almost an insult to guests accustomed to the Wyndham standard in the USA.

A very decent stay
The hotel is easy to locate and it close to the park where a lot happens. You can go through there and to the Zoo, Castle and Musuem. Also a lot of activities within the park itself so I enjoyed it being so centralized.
The hotel is clean, two elevators that are quick and the staff are very welcoming. They do alright with speaking English.
My only nit pick would in regards to room service, it needs some work on the organizing and delivery of that. Tried ordering dinner and they ask me to hold and the call dropped and I never got them again for the night. I ended up having some breakfast instead in the morning and it was tasty but ofc not the most affordable.
All in all, a lovely hotel.
