We were a couple of friends celebrating our Valentine's Day weekend and enjoyed the pool, and rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The AC wasn't working properly, and we were informed that they were going to fix it. There is no Wifi in the pool area, which is something that could be better. In the room, amenities were by Ritual and that was nice, the bathtub was very nice as were the showers. The restaurant was just ok, as the breakfast spread had quite a small and limited hot food options, and espressos were not part of the buffet which was odd.
Apart from that the front desk staff were magnificent, we had this kind gentlemen help us with check-in and Helena helped us with late check out and she was very kind as well, kudos to the front desk team!

Perfect location in Santa Fé. High quality hotel with excellent and best of all excellent staff. This at half of the cost of the big three competitors next door.

Toilet wouldn’t flush notified front desk nothing was done , as for the ac as well they either control it or she claimed it was looked at and fixed and it was extremely hot both nights front receptionist didn’t even try to accommodate us to another room , she as well said breakfast was included then denied when we did get charged ..over all the hotel we well cleaned and workers very respectful… just front receptionist needs better customer service

This young man at the entrance, I don’t remember his name but he was fantastic. (He was wearing a black jacket). His nice tone of voice, the professionalism and level of customer service was remarkable! It’s been years I haven’t felt this special!

I really enjoyed staying in here. It felt like a resort hotel in Mexico city. The shopping mall is just right next and a great park is in a walking distance. I got a customized welcome drinks from Ant*** (didn't see the full spelling) which was super delicious.
Just one thing for improvement, a bell at front desk and bar so the staff hear if a guest requires attention.

The receptionist said he couldn't find the reservation and that he had to communicate with Ctrip to resolve it. The receptionist was very impatient. I tried to swipe the card to open the door upstairs, but it didn't work. I had to run downstairs again. It was a simple matter, but they had to use encrypted operations again. I couldn't understand it! The breakfast was not good!

Overall, it's good. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant is under renovation this time and we can't enjoy the buffet breakfast.
