Hotel Novit in Mexico City

The hotel is really nice, great pool, really clean and the rooms are great! I really enjoyed the hotel, the food and everything about my stay.
The food is really nice and their breakfast services is amazing, you'd love everything about it.

I love the in room services and in general I think this hotel is a hidden jewel in the area, exceeeept for one thing:

The downside is the reservations team and the front desk employees, there is a masive disconnect between the rest of the services and the front desk services. Do not ever by any reason use the hotel's own website to book, use expedia or booking or any other site to book with them, do not make the same mistake I did of trying to use their website if you don't want to suffer a rude staff demanding cash payments with threats of cancelling your reservation if you don't answer right away. I really mean it, you will enjoy this place as long as you don't make the mistake of having to deal with their finances team who are the worst I've ever seen in the hotel services in my life.

Do yourself a favor, and book this hotel anywhere else but their website, they do not accept major modern credit cards nor american express.

I am very happy that I have choosen the Novit hotel for our 5 nights stay. The price was good. It is in a great location, with access to public transportation. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Great little outdoor space at the back. Little small touches with coffee and biscuits left in th lobby area just makes such a huge difference. Love this hotel.

The room was nice, with a large window, and very clean. Soap was provided, and the facilities were good. The standard breakfast was simple, but a premium breakfast could be ordered for an extra fee. Convenient transportation.

Everything was exceptional. The rooms were big, the bathrooms were nice and clean, and the wifi was strong. Not to mention the pool and the gym were in the same room but different areas. The water temperature in the pool was also warm so it was very relaxing.

There's a bar and cafeteria for breakfast and dinner. The bar is at the front of the hotel but the cafeteria is towards the back. There's a patio right beside the cafeteria and it's a pretty nice area with like a waterfall.

For breakfast you only get coffee or juice and it comes with a basket of bread for free. So if you want eggs or an actual meal you will have to pay something like $365 pesos per person.

Everyone at the front was very professional and nice but overall this hotel was awesome and I will consider coming back again.

The service was friendly and attentive. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, including Chinese, Japanese ramen, and Mexican, so you could try a variety of options. There were also supermarkets nearby, including Walmart, which was convenient for shopping. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and facilities, all the staff were very attentive, the facilities were very good, and the pool was very nice.

The room was nice and well equipped. Very clean and quiet, the bedding is quite comfortable. The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but it is very convenient to take a taxi or bus. There is a convenience store next to it and a fast food restaurant, coffee shop and various restaurants opposite. I especially recommend the breakfast, which is quite rich and of high quality. It is definitely worth purchasing. There is a discount at the front desk when you check in. The main thing is that the restaurant in this hotel has a very good dining level. The dinner a la carte is a little expensive, but the taste is good, the presentation is exquisite, and the service is also very thoughtful and meticulous.
