Always an exceptional stay. I have stayed here several times over the years and I can not praise this hotel enough for the service. The rooms are always exceptionally clean, the buffet breakfast is perfect, the restaurant has excellent dining, the location is convenient for walking around or getting to other places, and the staff is exceptional! I look forward to many more stays here in great Mexico City. THANK YOU!

First time in Mexico City. 8 night stay in hotel Catedral. Very convenient location close to several tourist attractions. Upgraded to a bigger room, excellent buffet breakfast until 11:30 with different varieties change every day, basically you can skip your lunch after. Room is clean with comfortable bed and offer different styles of pillows if requested. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Unlimited bottled water in the lobby, complementary drink and snack in the fridge in your room are refilled every day. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the centro historico of Mexico City. A lot of sightseeing spots are in walking distance and an underground station is just 2 minutes walk away. The design inside is impressive and includes historical parts. The staff and the management are very friendly and helpful.
Our room was spacious, bright and had a sleeping area as well as a kinda living room. The bathroom had a shower and also a bathtub. All amenities are of high quality.
The fridge in the room was filled with several kind of drinks, all complimentary and refilled every day. Beside that unlimited water bottles were available at the coffee station on ground floor.
The breakfast was rich and varied. Hot dishes were available at the cooking station.

This is place is so nice for what its worth. Hotel is nice, everything is clean, rooms are comfortable and it been in the center of centro historico is so convenient. Their employees were always kind.
You do get the feeling that they care about you feeling welcome and comfortable.
They have a beautiful bar on their 5th floor where you can peak the zocalo from there. Please, grab a drink there in the afternoon just to contemplate the view.
Cant say much about the food there, only had a dish or two at the hotel, it was ok. But you go there mostly to eat outside.

Great experience. Kind staff. Rooms clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was quite good. Location incredible - right in mix of everything. If you take uber a lot, it can be very congested to get elsewhere at rush hour, so consider walking a bit before ordering an uber. Rooftop bar is lovely for a drink.

Very nice hotel with archaeological site at breakfast area. Location is good but whenever there is events happening, you need to walk outside to get grab or Uber. Free coffee and water bottles at the lobby. Offer complimentary fruits. Stayed at two different rooms, the one junior suite with private balcony is the best. The smaller room ( double bed) is ok.

The hotel is conveniently located right by Syntagma Square, making it easy to get around and great for shopping. It's a cozy place, offering free coffee and snacks, and it's very clean and tidy. The only downside is the lack of a refrigerator, which can be quite inconvenient, especially for long-stay guests.

The room was spacious, though the window was a bit small. The lobby itself felt like a historical site, rich with a sense of history. Its location is unbeatable, right next to the main cathedral and plaza. Plus, the metro station is just a convenient five-minute walk away.

The room was really nice, I loved it. The location is superb; everywhere you walk is a scenic spot. It’s the perfect place for some leisure and entertainment after a business trip. The staff were very helpful, coming a long way to assist me with my luggage. Breakfast was very rich, with lots of local delicacies like tacos, beef, and bread. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. Overall, it's worth visiting again.
