Hilton Mexico City Reforma in Mexico City

This hotel was a dream to stay at. It exceeded ever expectation making the stay feel so welcoming and well thought out. Everything from the adequate space, friendly service, and complimentary breakfast was exemplary. The rooms are very clean, secure, and spacious. The hallway included a water filter that was super handy as I brought a reusable water. They provided water as well daily during the maintenance service. The waitress at the restaurant was so friendly and accommodating as well as the other staff. The rooms had a steamer and a space to check the water temperature before entering which was entirely unexpected but graciously welcomed. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer and moved to another hotel.

Great hotel at a great location! Walking distance to many must-see Mexico City places such as Templo Mayor Museum, Constitution Plaza, Palacio Postal, Palacio de Bellas Artes, etc. Roomy room with toilet and shower in separate rooms. Nice breakfast with many food choices.

Just completed a wonderful stay at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma! The room I had appeared to have been very recently renovated or, at least, was clean with new fixtures. Housekeeping kept the property very clean and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The staff in the Executive Lounge were especially terrific!! The location is great as well - a short walk to all of the Centro Historico sites and Ubers are convenient for sites beyond. I can't wait to return!

I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel in an area of the city I haven’t stayed in before. The staff here is outstanding, super friendly, very attentive and making you feel welcome. The lounge on the 26th floor was wonderful for breakfast and the happy hour. The hotel is very clean and updated. Lobby restaurants also very special and huge lobby bar. I didn’t get a chance to do the spa but ill try it next time because I am definitely coming back again!

The Hilton Reforma has undoubtedly stolen a piece of my heart. This is where my love story began last year, and ever since, we’ve stayed at this hotel on every visit to Mexico—so far, about eight times.

The staff is absolutely outstanding. Everyone is consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. I’d especially like to recognize Abraham from the breakfast buffet, who remembers and treats us to our favorite coffees and drinks every single visit. He is truly wonderful and deserves much more recognition. The bar team is equally fantastic—professional, friendly, and a pleasure to spend time with.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with spectacular views. The indoor pool is incredible; the outdoor pool is very cold (haha), but still a lovely place to relax on a sunny day. The gym is well equipped, and the breakfast buffet, especially as Gold Members, is hands down one of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts we’ve had—delicious, varied, and excellent quality.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Mexico City.

One thing to note is the location—there are occasionally demonstrations in the area, and barricades are sometimes set up that can block the main entrance. Additionally, the Alameda nearby has recently become crowded with vendors, which in our opinion affects the visual appeal and overall sense of security. Aside from this, it is truly an exceptional place.

First and foremost, I want to commend the hotel employees for their kind and professional service. They were so informed about process, so kind and calm, while helping the guests, on the morning of January 2nd 2026, to safely evacuate the hotel during the earthquake, and to return to our rooms after.

This hotel is currently remodeling some floors, so definitely ask for renovated room! We were unhappy with our first room (dark, stained carpets, & in need of a major refresh/update) and the front desk helped us move to a renovated room the next day.

Their executive lounge is has by far the best service and quality of food and drink I have experienced in Mexico City. I recommend that upgrade if you can afford it. Although breakfast is described there as Continental, it is not; guests may order omelettes or huevos, rancheros, etc..

The hotel also has a great gym, a spa, and an indoor an outdoor pool and lounging deck.

One other suggestion: you may wish to call the hotel in advance to find out if any major events are happening across the street. During our two night stay, there was a Féria / fair across the street for the Christmas holidays, and the loud amplified music reverberated off the tall buildings in the area. We heard it in our rooms (15 & 22nd floors) both nights. The music did not quiet down until the early morning hours.

The hotel is in a fantastic location; there are so many museums and sites within an easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again because of the outstanding staff, and the great amenities, but I would call in advance to confirm with the hotel that I had booked a renovated room.
