Fiesta Americana México Satélite in Mexico City

Quite good hotel, food was great, room are clean. The hotel was connected with Sentura mall, so it easy to go to mall from my room without getting out from the hotel. I got little problem with wifi internet speed is not good enough for my mail. Some electrical socket need to be replace with new one. Overall is OK

Staff were friendly but difficult to be understood in English. Air conditioning not working, was "fixed" and then working too hard... Room otherwise very comfortable, good fitness center.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The food in the lobby restaurant was great. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area as well as a Walmart if you forgot to pack something.

The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly with a great attitude, making them very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

However, I was disappointed with Moxaico, the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was bland and lacked flavor; the presentation could have been better. Given the restaurant's modern and upscale decor, I expected a more enjoyable dining experience.

Very pleasant attention and comfortable rooms, rich breakfast

First timer here. Only stayed a night. Lovely hotel. Bed was heavenly. Shower was therapeutic - loved it. Only reason I took a star off service was at the buffet service, waiter didn’t really do anything and was asking for a tip. American influence I guess. But tips should be discretionary and not mandatory and it should be based on service. Only thing he did was bring me water and he didn’t even bother to refill it for me. My grievance isn’t geared towards this waiter or this hotel but just how ridiculous tipping has become. Anyways, definitely will recommend the hotel. Not familiar with the area so cannot speak on location.

Fantastic, very clean and modern looking. I got great views from the 8th floor. Good service in general
