Emporio Reforma in Mexico City

Excellent location and a comfortable and clean room.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's right on Reforma Avenue, and we even saw a parade on Saturday. The road was closed on Sunday for what looked like a city-wide fitness event. The area felt very safe, so we could explore without worries. Public transport, including buses and the metro, was super convenient. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic.

I have to start by saying that the location is excellent. Then, the staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The food is good value and delicious. I definitely recommend it and would return.

The hotel is very nice, very clean, very good cafeteria and restaurant. At the reception I was visited by a very inattentive man, he wanted everything quickly, it seems that this was his departure. The bed was very good but the agency told me it was a king size bed and it was not and that was my displeasure. But if you ask me if I will return to this hotel I say yes, but I would like to say it directly to be sure of what you have reserved.

The hotel cannot exchange currency. The Feast American Hotel two blocks to the right when you go out can exchange currency, and 1 US dollar can be exchanged for 16.2 pesos.

If breakfast is not included, it costs 210 pesos per person. There is a lunch buffet for 399 pesos. The bathroom faucet is water-saving, and the water flow is very slow.
