Arrived at 2:40 pm, check-in was at 3 pm, but the front desk refused to let me in the room for just 20 minutes early. Asked for an upgrade due to booking issues and my status, but it was denied without even checking availability. Poor check-in service. The AC did not cool properly and the bathroom was clogged.
Very clean and safe environment with excellent authentic Mexican breakfast buffet. Loved our stay here and highly recommend.
