Wonderfully located across from the Museum and park. Easily accesible for walking in the morning. The hotel was very nice. We had dinner in the Resturant 1 evening and had pepperoni pizza. They are getting ready for the holiday and was decorated wonderfully.

Simply awful!
One of the worst Hilton hotels I have ever stayed in. Check-in is tedious, you don't get any information, and when you do, it's wrong.

My membership was not taken into account, and I was charged full price for breakfast even though I should have received discounts as a Diamond Member.
The breakfast room in the hotel opened an hour late.

If you call the front desk and speak English, they hang up immediately and don't help you.

An unnecessarily tedious stay.

We are guests here now and the hotel is overrun with numerous soccer teams of little kids. These children are unsupervised and screaming at the top of their lungs running up and down the staircase in the lobby. We sat at a large table with friends and could barely have a conversation because it's THAT LOUD. Management needs to step in and control this situation before someone gets injured.
It's not fair to other guests who are paying to stay here and cannot enjoy their stay because of the horrendous noice.
I will be heading back down to the lobby to take a video and pictures of this atrocious behavior.

Spent 12 nights at the Hilton Angelópolis for work and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff was excellent and the fellas manning the bar took amazing care of me. Location was within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and a Walmart. Breakfast was perfect with many options including American. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Puebla.

The hotel environment is elegant and warm, clean and tidy. There are many types of buffets, and the location is good, convenient for travel, and it takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to Puebla Bus Station.

First of all, I would like to thank the guest service agent that check me in, she was very professional and gave me great customer service with a great view, she was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Her Kindness made my stay experience very pleasant, and I would definitely go back. Everything was nearby from food to bus stations. The room was very clean and had the greatest view to the Popocatépetl!!

The location is near the city center and close to a university. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is quite soft. The swimming pool was not available. There is no public transportation system nearby, so it is more convenient to drive or take a taxi.
