DO NOT MAKE PLANS WITH THIS HOTEL – THEY WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION!! They sent me a WhatsApp message asking me to cancel my booking because they suddenly had “problems with the rooms” and could not accommodate us. We made the booking 3 months in advance to make sure we had a room, knowing the city would be fully booked due to events. Then, at the last minute, they canceled our reservation with this excuse just so they could resell the rooms at a much higher price. This is not the first time they’ve done this! Avoid this hotel at all costs – they will destroy your holiday.

The staff's negligent attitude, having warned them in advance that we were late, confirmed the reservation and when we called them they said everything was fine, when we arrived they said you had not confirmed the reservation, we showed them the correspondence, they simply froze and said there were no vacancies. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, avoid it at all costs.

Great reception even when we arrive late. Really clean, huge and modern room. Comfy beds, good smell everywhere...
Bathroom shower has got nice and good surprises: music and spa in the room!
Easy to park a car.
Beautifully decorated. Good connectivity to wi-fi network. Place to repeat!
